An OUTSTANDING haircut!!! The beautiful Olga was my barber. She is very polite and professional. She cut my hair military style and even used a foil razor on the sides. She is also very fast! I was in and out of there in no time! All at a great price. The store is very clean and the barbers are welcoming I recommend the Farmington Great Clips with Enthusiasm! read more

Not a good experience. Terrible haircut and rude hairdresser. Not a place I will go back to.

I had a horse trailer with me and tried to park on the side of the building ( no signs or painted curbs indicating that I couldn't) and was approached by an employee stating I couldn't park there. I informed them my wife was staying in the vehicle in case it needed to be moved while I was inside being a paying customer. She still wouldn't have any of it. I do not recommend this place for a hair cut due to poor parking and minimal common sense. Better off spending your money at a mom and pop type Shop. read more

Wanted to get an inch cut off my hair my hair was cut in less than 5 minutes. No attention to detail at all. Will never return

just walked in for my appointment second on the list only one other person ahead of me... And sat for five minutes nobody greeted me. Nobody asked me if I was on the list... This place continues to go down. Sad when it's the only one in our region. Maybe that's why they don't care because they know they're the only one in town. read more

Fast service early in the morning with a great haircut at an even better price. What's not to love?

I just finished my 25th 13 hour night shift in a row at the power plant. Needed a haircut so I went in at 8:30 am and the man Joe took me right in and did the deal on my hair. Very happy with the ease and speed at which my cut was completed.Jessica and out in less than 30 minutes.thanks Great Clips and Joe from Washington.. read more

This was my first time going back to this location for almost 6 years (moved to AZ for school and moved back). I had asked the lady to cut the split ends, which was around 3 inches and I had waist length hair. I explained and showed how much to cut and had said I wanted to maintain the length since I was trying to grow out my hair after 2 years of having shorter hair. I had faith she understood what I wanted and she never checked with me to make sure that the length was what I want, and kept my hair to the back until she was done. My hair was cut at about 6-7 inches and is so much shorter than I wanted. I liked the speed of service but it was so fast and not what I wanted and she made no effort to even have a conversation with me. It'll be a while before I come back here and it might just be the lady I got but for the price, I'm not mad about it and hair does grow back so just make sure your expressing your desires for your cut and check to make sure it's not going shorter than you want. read more

AMAZING customer service! The length of my hair is exactly what I wanted but the layers they put in are not what I wanted. They are very choppy and short. There are parts of my hair that look drastically shorter. Definitely should check with the client on the length of layers before cutting. read more

I got a men's haircut from LaKiva (spelling?) and it came out perfect. The employees there were very welcoming and were pretty genuine about getting to know me (even though I'm an introvert). read more

I still go cause it's pretty fast to get a wash & cut, but there is so much turn over in help you can end up with a really bad hair cut, I have on a couple of occasions. If you just need it simple, your good to go, if your super fussy..pass read more

It's a hit and miss just depending on who you get. Overall we keep going back no matter. The best times to get in are early mornings. The haircuts run $15 ... 16.08 with tax. They have an online check in which makes things easier. read more

Went to Great Clips on Tuesday, 5/21/19 for a haircut. Teresa was my stylist and we agreed to remove about 1/2" of hair. She took out her electric razor and took a swipe out of the back of my head and I knew right then that it was way too short. Damage was done so I let her continue with the hair cut. My hair was less than a quarter (1/4') of an inch long from my neck to one and a half (1 1/2") above my ears. The worse thing was is that she used the electric razor to trim the back of my neck and she pushed too hard and took a layer or two of skin off the back of my neck. Dam thing still hurts today, Sat 5/25/19. She really dug in. I'll not be going back to Great Clips again. Beware! read more

This place can be kind of hit or miss. I am a pretty simple fella so they generally get the job done for me. But, on occasion I get a bad stylist who tries to give me the dumb and dumber bowl cut. Still generally speaking it's a decent place to go and if there is a better option in farmington, I don't know of it read more

The hairstylist didn't even bother to make conversation or make me feel comfortable as I was already nervous trying this place out for the first time. The receptionist was nice and upbeat, probably the only plus. She had to get the hairstylist's attention to get off her phone in order to help me. Didn't like the cut as well. Will take my business elsewhere next time. read more
