I received notice that I had an appointment and I believed it was an error. I tried over and over to get answers on the necessity of me coming in after a procedure. I have had Durlane injections on multiple occasions and this was never a requirement. The bot answering service told me that I had to come in or I would have to pay $50 for missing an appointment. I asked to speak to a live person and I held for at least 20 minutes. Every time I try to talk to a live person in this office, I am put on hold and I receive a message stating that "there are 10 people ahead of me" I finally was able to talk to a live person. She told me that this appt. was indeed a requirement. So I came in for the appointment that I didn't need, I paid my co-pay, and I waited an hour and 10 minutes. I asked the staff how much longer to see the PA and was told there were two people ahead of me. I asked again why I even needed to be there for this appointment and no one could give me an answer. I told them I wanted to talk to the manager and was told the director was out and that he would call me. This was yesterday and it's now after hours and I've yet to hear from him. I would've called today, but I didn't want to go through the nonsense of talking to AI or holding for 20 more minutes. Unfortunately, I'm seriously thinking of going to another group in spite of really appreciating the medical staff. God help us poor souls in a world of AI "efficiency" and corporate greed.

Absolutely "THE BEST" Top Tier Surgeon & Staff…read more I was referred by another spine surgeon to Dr. Cyr after two previous laminectomies, years of physical therapy, decompression therapy, two years of radio frequency ablations, and many more years of pain pills and suffering with back pain. After looking Dr. Cyr on the internet, I was impressed with his credentials; having trained at Mayo Clinic and having served as the Chief of Air Force Spine Surgery and Spine Surgery Consultant to the Surgeon General of the Air Force and Pentagon. I figured that he would be the best choice on which to seek spinal fusion surgery and so I was expectantly looking forward to meeting with him and discussing my options as all other attempts at alleviating my back pain had been exhausted. I was so encouraged after my first appointment. His staff spends ample time with the patient and explains in detail what to expect and what not to expect. The doctor does not even begin surgery until after conducting three extensive diagnostic tests in order to 1) ensure you're a candidate for spinal fusion, and 2) to pinpoint the exact cause and area of the pain so it can be treated properly. Scheduling went very smooth as my surgery was performed at Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital First Colony (near Sugarland) which in it self is a Top Tier facility. They took wonderful care of me during my five days of in-hospital recovery. This surgery is not to be undertaken lightly. Dr. Cyr is very strict on his expectations during recovery. The patient is expected to follow through with his instructions; especially during the first three to six months post surgery. Along with the recovery time SA Spine schedules timely and frequent follow-up appointments; every three months following surgery. In addition the offices are available and respond quickly to questions either by phone or email. I have not been disappointed and I know I made the right choice. For me the results have been excellent!! Most importantly "No More Back Pain". I highly recommend Dr. Cyr and SA Spine.

It had been like this for 3 weeks & anti-inflammatory meds & icing weren't helping. I arrived 20 minutes early and had pre-filled my Patient Forms online earlier. The MA, Amanda called me in about 10 minutes before my appt, took a Q&A of my symptoms & told me I'd get an Xray first; The Xray tech escorted me to the back & took some Xrays & I went back to the exam room. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Alexandra Matthews came in & recognized me as I saw her in 2018 for knee pain & treatment. I told her my symptoms & she checked my elbow & confirmed that I had "Tennis Elbow." She suggested a Steroid injection to give relief within 24-48 hours. While she was injecting me she was telling me to think about my upcoming vacation & what I was looking forward to so I wouldn't focus on the stinging feeling. She had given me injections on my knee before so I had an idea. Dr. Matthews was pleasant & had a nice demeanor as in 2018 so I was pleased with that. She even commented on how detailed my answers were on the Patient Forms & she was so happy for that! She wanted me to get PT & a followup appt so next up was Dr. Brandon, the PT. Brandon came in to talk to me about my issue, showed me on a Human Body Muscular diagram what area is affected, why & how they'll approach therapy & modalities. Upon entering the office the first time, we were immediately greeted by the folks at the front desk. Us being new, they helped us get all the paperwork completed and helped us get ready for PT. Then, very quickly. one of the PT's came out to get my wife and take her back. Although signage indicates that no one except the patient is allowed in back, they invited me back with her. My wife met all the guys who would be working on her (about 5 different PT's worked on her). This was a different experience than I have had at other places (1 PT did all the treatments). She liked all of them (maybe because they were all young and buff), and they all took great care of her. She has not finished her treatments yet, but she is already much better. Will I return?
