HIGHLY recommended Helped get me into a clean, big,…read morebeautiful, safe apartment when I started a new job. Were always available via email or text/call and had extensive office hours. I really loved living in a community with management ON SITE. They knew my name and said "hello" and check in on me (great since I was completely alone in the town). They'd hold packages in the office or place it in your place for you! I really felt safe there. I really felt at home there. Coffee bar was great-open early and single-cups for your own personalization! I never felt awkward using the amenities! Clean nice pool and hot tub (big) and lots of sitting area for enjoying the weather and reading! :) The Gym is 24 hrs which is nice. Now I was transferred and the Estates crew were super helpful with move out dates and being flexible with a changing move out date (due to work!). They helped get me checked out. I'm so sad to leave and now have high expectations for my future places. I boast about them to everyone! HIGHLY recommended. Any questions they'll love to hear from you or ask me!

If you're looking for residency in the area, start with the estates, and you will not be disappointed. To break down different aspects: Management: Wish it were possible to give higher than a 5/5. I've dealt with 7-8 different management teams in my lifetime, and no one comes even close to the work that the team at the Estates provides. They are incredibly helpful and personal, work orders are completed very efficiently, and they truly care about their residents. Complex: 5/5. Apartments are really the best in the area. Very clean, spacious, and provides a nice home. The pool area is nice in the summer, and the grounds are always well kept. Residents: 4/5. I've never had a true negative encounter with any of the residents- but it is a very quiet community, so if you have people over for a weekend party at night, you'll likely need to keep things quiet. In my experience, most people keep to themselves, but are overall very friendly. As someone who recently spent considerable time researching for a complex to relocate to, I understand the value of hearing about others' experiences. If you're looking for a place in Sheboygan, you can truly do no better than the Estates.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I took a tour of these…read moreapartments and they looked nice, but small... Which was okay. It's overpriced, dirty, and reeks of mildew and cigarettes. Before we moved in, we were told that our apartment was going to be cleaned and ready to move in. That was NOT the case. It was disgusting when we moved in, we found pills on the bathroom floor, hair in the shower, walls were disgusting and horribly painted. Our balcony had a child's comb with hair in it and a dirty diaper on it. Not to mention the fact that the flooring in the kitchen was coming up, pipes beneath the sink were leaking, neither of our closet doors open or close properly, hard spots in the carpet and so much more. Snow removal is horrible. People don't pick up their dogs poop. Hallways in the apartment building are always disgusting. We had an incident with a neighbors dog not being on the leash. I was attacked as well as our dog, NOTHING WAS EVER REALLY DONE ABOUT IT. Talked to the property manager, she said she would talk to the neighbors and give us an update. Never got an update. After that my husbands truck was vandalized. Brought that to the property manager's attention and that did nothing, we were told to get a dash cam. Told property manager we wanted to get out of the lease because our dog no longer wanted to go into the apartment since he was attacked. Also told her it was pretty much impossible to bring our dog in the apartment since he was so scared and we couldn't deal with it anymore. We were told to give a notice and we'd have to stay another 60 days. F**K THAT!!! Not only are we paying for this place, but now paying a mortgage in North Dakota. Overall, property manager doesn't care about her residents. She's snobby, rude, and is zero help. Doesn't do her job correctly either. As long as she's getting paid, nothing else matters. They'll call you 20 times a day too if you don't answer the phone right away, like I'm sorry that I can't now down to you because I have a job. Let's not forget the fact that I got a new car, so I had a temp plate in the back window. The next day or so, it snowed a lot. Went outside the next day to a sticker on my car saying it was going to be towed because of no plate and it hadn't moved. I went down and talked to the office about it and was told it was all my fault that it was getting towed because I didn't clean the snow off my back window so they couldn't see the plate. Tried explaining that my husband and I had both been super sick, like throwing up and just out of it, they told me it didn't matter and that I needed to move it. NOT OKAY. Really just shows they gives zero f**KS about their residents. OH AND IF YOU WANT MY CAR TO MOVE, GET A BETTER SNOW REMOVAL TEAM SO I ACTUALLY CAN MOVE THE DANG THING!!!!! Club at oak creek apartments are a joke, save your money for now and find a better place to live. Don't recommend unless you want gray hair by 20

The Club at Oak Creek attempts to brand itself as "luxury apartments" without explicitly saying it…read more The pictures on the website look good, the Google street view seems nice. The thing which separates The Club at Oak Creek from luxury apartments is their lack of attention to detail. When I arrived, my apartment smelled of smoke, there was a glade plug-in in the wall to mask the smell. The carpet in the living room was stained. The tiles in the bathroom and kitchen were cracked. The balcony was filthy, not to mention some of the balconies don't have any support beams (mine does)! Perhaps I was unlucky, but it would seem that the apartments themselves are overpriced. If you plan to use the pool or weight room regularly, both of which are fairly small, I think the price can be justified. Plus they accommodate dogs, and I like dogs. 1 star deduction for the lack of attention to detail. 1 star deduction because it's overpriced.

Apartments look nice but management is incredibly shady…read more $20 credit check fee before you even apply to move in. $25 late fee each day your rent isn't turned in after the 1st. extra $250 security deposit for a pet extra $25 per month in rent for EACH pet (you're only allowed 2) If you want to switch apartments and have somebody ready to move in to your current apartment, you will have to pay them rent for every day it takes them to clean the apartment (typically 2 weeks). They boast how every room has a ceiling fan and emergency maintenance, but they don't give you the phone number for emergency maintenance (my clothes were soaked in a washer for 2 hours before anything happened), and the ceiling fan is way to the edge of one room and incredibly small. If you want to switch apartments you have to tell them a month before the 1st of the next month (if you wanted to move May 1st you have to tell them by April 1st, April 2nd is unacceptable, even if you find someone to take your current apartment) They do whatever they can to not inform you about fees you wouldn't know about if you weren't well versed in leases or legal terms, and will say whatever they can to make you happy then go back on it later saying "thats against the lease i didn't say that, we can't make money". Discretion is incredibly low, and security deposits take way too long to come back to you. Even if you get a first month of free rent, it's not nearly worth it. Even Katz Properties known with a terrible reputation, lets people change who is on the lease, not these guys, you are locked in and have to pay for your apartment until someone moves in (a minimum of 2 weeks).
