We absolutely loved working with Anne Marie Bonness! We approached her in early-March of this year…read morelooking for a real estate agent to start the search for our first home (condo). After meeting with her for an hour, we were completely sold. By mid-May, we were happily moved into a gorgeous condo in a neighborhood we thought was out of our price range, with nearly all our asks met, and close to one of the best schools in the city. Anne Marie helped us in so many different ways, especially as new buyers, from pointing out aspects that we otherwise would not have known to look for (tuck pointing, intricacies of HOA agreements, date of the last inspections for different equipment, finishes on flooring, cabinetry, etc), to walking us through the offer process, and helping hold our hands through contract finalizing and even beyond closing. She was very receptive to our wants and needs and found tons of different options for us to look at, getting us in to see places on a very quick turnaround and helping us write a strong, convincing offer that helped us secure the exact place we wanted! She is a tireless worker who puts you first and foremost. We can't say enough about her friendliness, availability, responsiveness, thoroughness, and the level of professionalism she maintained when dealing with listing agents, real estate attorneys, etc. She is super knowledgeable about the city, the state of the housing market, and the buildings she shows in (she really does her homework). Reach out to her if you're looking for a real estate agent, don't know where to start, and want to have a really great experience! We can't wait to work with her again!

Some account on Instagram asked if followers had any questions about real estate. I asked my question and Deanna answered, even though she wasn't the hired "expert" by the account. She was knowledgeable and I decided to take a chance and connect with her. I'm so incredibly glad I did. Deanna was always available to text and chat with me (within reason of course. No texting at midnight). She was there to keep this stressful experience as easy as possible. When we would think something was just normal for the negotiating process she would have a righteous indignation "No, they need to do this! That's ridiculous!" So that was awesome. So professional, knows what she's doing and was totally honest with us about decisions we had to make. I trusted her when she recommended certain things (which I'm so glad I did!) Deanna is a fantastic realtor with Mountain Star and you really need her help when looking for your home in/around Asheville.

After my insurance claim was denied twice, like most people I was ready to give up. Instead, with Zach's expert coaching, I fought the good fight and didn't give up. He was there for me every step of the way. He knew exactly how to navigate the process, advising me on what to say, do and expect. He fiercely advocated on my behalf until the insurance company finally gave up and approved my claim. Working with insurance companies is truly an endurance test. I ended up getting a brand-new roof at no cost to me through my insurance. Not only did his team knock it out in one day, but they also cleaned up meticulously, not even leaving one nail behind (which is important because I have children). I know none of this would have happened without Zach's persistence, expertise, and genuine commitment to me. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, Leonic Collective is the company to call. Please, don't even consider calling anyone else. They didn't just replace my roof, they gave me a better quality of life. I'm trying to refinance to lower my monthly costs, and now with my beautiful new roof my appraisal will be SO much better! Thank you for everything Zach! I will emphatically recommend you to everyone I know!
