Brandi, the stylist, was very sweet, but it was evident that she was too inexperienced for my needs. Prior to my appointment, I shared a photo from their instagram of the level I wanted to achieve. Following the color, I asked for a trim because I wanted to maintain my length. I am not as disappointed about the color as I am the cut. However, my hair is still dark in the back and brighter up front. This is very frustrating because I expressed that I wanted to eliminate the money piece I had. I have no words for the cut. Everything is so blunt and choppy with no rhyme or reason. I paid over $200 and spent almost 4 hours in the salon. This missed the mark in a big way. I have attempted to contact the appropriate party three times but have not received a response.

The salon itself is beautiful, located in a cute little house that is beautifully decorated, & the people inside are very lovely & welcoming. I love how it was decorated for the holidays too. My heart was so full. They also do not try to push products they sell onto you too heavily as well which i find awesome because i hate feeling pressured to buy products i don't even want. Olivia also evened our my hair after a horrific layering experiment in college, my hair is definitely back to normal. Nothing short of a GREAT experience! The prices are also not bad at all. Seriously, I have gotten my lashes done off and on for 6 years and I thought they were all the same. Nope, not even close. Heather is the expert, I will never go to anyone else ever again! Her lashes are beautifully applied, natural but still give impact and they stay on. I have had so much trouble with lash loss everywhere else but Heather's lashes stay put. She said that Mary Lea didn't have any more appointments but I guess I would have had to pay another $270 if she reschedule me anyway. I am in tears. It was my first time visiting both the salon and being styled by Dwan. The whole experience was wonderful! My hair looks and feels so much healthier. Dwan does a great shampoo and gave wonderful tips as she was styling me. The facility is a great salon. It is clean and organized. I observed the owner, Leola, and others as talented stylists. It was a very lovely and calming ambiance. The salon also offers other products and services beyond hairstyling, to benefit full-body health care. I'll be back to patronize Dwan and recommend both Dwan and HR to others.
