What bothers me is the upscale conceit. While the location could not be better along the river rhine, with a nice panorama just outside, the staff seem to concentrate on the rich and powerful and pretty much ignore the peasant folk making up for 90% of their business. This cannot go unpunished in my eyes, which is why this place gets a 3 star rating from me, even though it might be four star worthy - one day, perhaps.
