After a ridiculous, exaggerated experience with SDPD I was arrested for alleged DUI. I was completely horrified of the implications this could have had on my life and career. After searching for a DUI attorney online I found Beahm Law and saw all of their great reviews. They seem to have a reputation for outstanding DUI defense in San Diego and all over California so I was hopeful that they could help me. I called them and Jason's secretary picked up and was very nice. I guess I was lucky because she immediately transferred me to Jason Beahm (the owner/founder of the firm) and right away Jason put my mind at ease. I could tell the reviews were true; this guy obviously does DUI defense a lot and does it well. What happened next was amazing - I did everything they asked for, most of it was done through the phone/email (awesome!) and then a few weeks later they called me telling me that the charge against me was completely dropped. DROPPED!!!!! Take that SDPD you ridiculous overaggressive accusatory buffoons! (I only had one drink that night which is why I feel so strongly about this.) I cannot tell you enough good things about Jason Beahm and Beahm Law. If you are being accused of a DUI... YOU WANT JASON BEAHM AS YOUR DUI ATTORNEY. PERIOD. I will continue to recommend Beahm Law to any of my friends who ever have the misfortune of being charged with a DUI. For LIFE. These guys give lawyers a good name. I'm writing this review because of the incredible experience that followed: - Jason made the process extremely fast and painless. It took me only a couple minutes to email him the documents that he requested and sign the retainer he sent me -- after that there was nothing more I had to do. - He sent me updates when milestones were reached and kept me informed about any issues regarding my case. Additionally, he advised what steps should be taken, yet provided the alternatives so that I could give feedback if I wished (I took his advice on everything). - I never had to appear in court or otherwise. Beahm Law handles everything and all correspondence is done electronically or by phone. The process was very solid and efficient. - Ultimately, one charge was dismissed outright and the other was reduced to a no-point violation that saved me money as well as keeping points off my driving and insurance record.
