I was told yes, just as long as I didn't want red or white. No problem as I was ordering an arrangement for what would have been my mom and dads 54th anniversary. I didn't specify exact flowers but told her I had a budget for a $75 cut flower arrangement.. after delivery and tax it came out to $93. Now let's talk about what my mother received. 4 roses, aster, stalk and a few little mums and lots of green filler. Looked like a bouquet of weeds! Their website showed beautiful arrangements.. a dozen pink roses were $79 so I assumed I would be getting a nice arrangement. My mother was dissatisfied, said they could come back and pick these up but the flowers aren't even worth the gas to do that! How sad that my mother feels this way about something that was supposed to bring her joy. She knew I would have never accepted such an arrangement and I'm not. I have sent an email and requested a refund. I have purchased flowers from this florist in the past, so let's hope they make it right.

Without telling me what was being delivered she placed the delivery on hold, wished me a wonderful trip and Happy Birthday allowing me to notify them when I was home. I reached out yesterday evening and my beautiful succulents arrived today. Thank you All-O-K'Sions for being so accommodating and making me feel like a valued customer. Early on Thursday afternoon I called in an order…read moreto my local florist for a European garden with a blooming plant - to be created at a florist in McMinnville and delivered to High Funeral Home the next morning. The deceased was my sister-in-law's mother. Visitation was from 9am - 12:30pm on Friday, no funeral service and then graveside service at a cemetery 25 minutes away at 1pm. I arrived at 10am at High's Funeral Home Friday - and after looking around - did not find the arrangement I had ordered on behalf of my family. My husband spoke to the funeral home director who said he would look for it - maybe it had been put in another room. Around 10:45am - I called my florist at home. They apologized and said they would check on my order. 10 min later, the funeral director comes by me carrying the European Garden basket I had ordered. He said "the lady" just delivered it. Then my local florist called me back and said the person she had talked to at All-O-K'Sions had said sorry - but they were covered up with funerals. !*! That she would go deliver it. Come to find out - your florist is right across from the funeral home! And my order must have been ready, because it was immediately delivered after questioned about it. The European Garden looked good. It was what I had in mind when I ordered it. Well done. But the fact that it was delivered 2 hours late and that the person on the phone had such a lousy attitude - NOT one of customer service or apology - makes me give you a lower rating. Timeliness and customer service DO matter - especially in your business. Besides that - you are a Hallmark store.
