Been a customer since they opened, they even done my daughters wedding. A mistake was made today and I mistyped an address for delivery, the delivery is one they make every year. I contacted them back with 6 phone callers and text. Then they said will not deliver again which I understand. But I ask to charge me the cancellation fee and cancel the order and the owner was in back yelling it is her fault and saying bunches of stuff uncalled for. She did not have to act that way to long time customer! I did not want it delivered Monday and I understand but you do not have to be rude bitch and yell in background, get your ass to the phone. I was nice until that. Epic screw up I would have done Monday if your bitch ass had came to phone and your young girls not so rude. Never again ! read more

Adorable little shop in the basement of a quaint, historic cottage conveniently located off Sutherland Avenue near West High. The space is smallish, but it smells like all your hopes and dreams in there, and the people are delightful. They were able to accommodate a last-minute request for a corsage and communicated with me when the flowers I requested ended up not being up to their standards. I was in a crunch, so I gave them more details about the event and told them I trusted them to come up with something that worked. That's always iffy, especially with a place I had never used before, but the end result was gorgeous and even better than I had expected. Always in Bloom will be my go-to for anything floral, and I'll definitely be stopping back in to look at their small boutique area that had stationery, jewelry--perfect last-minute gifts. The beautiful picture bouquet I ordered looked nothing like to delivered product. Everything was substituted to the point it resembled a grocery store bouquet. First set of roses were delivered to wrong place, so they replaced and were so gorgeous but delivery was placed in Naples and the Naples FL flourist was to blame for not giving apt number or special message that apartment was around back. But he ordered a new arrangement and it's beautiful but it looks like they are wilted on edges and they don't seem to have many petals. They filler flowers are beautiful. Just upset they came early because I was suppose to leave today for weekend but grandfather had a heart attack early this morning that canceled trip and was only reason I was home. I was excited to dry one and preserve in epoxy but the edges look wilted a bit and there aren't a lot of petals. The last ones were beautiful. These were something coulda gotten at Costco for 15$. Paying so much you expect higher quality. Toook a chance and ordered directly from them but would have been gone all weekend and missed days of having them and just upset if the only pretty one doesn't dry well I can't preserve it read more
