I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS "COMPANY" (it's a 1 man gig-Joe) I wish I read the other reviews before calling. He came to snake a drain under our house that backed up into the crawlspace. (Our plumber referred him but after dealing with Joe, they told me they had only used him the Saturday prior and apologized profusely) started with him walking through my house in his tall runner boots that have walked through God knows what, but that's nothing. Joe stated there was an issue with the plumbing, to which I asked if he was going to tell them, or was I. He said "well I'm not going to tell them" in which I then texted the plumber they needed to come out and take a look. The plumber's supervisor called Joe in which he (Joe) threw his phone on counter almost immediately and mumbled "you just lost me an F-ing customer" (I didn't quite catch on he was talking to me) He then argued with plumber after denying he'd said anything, then literally threw his phone hanging up on plumber, and no exaggeration, screamed at me I'm a F-ing A-hole and I just cost him a F-ing customer and I didn't have to F-ing call them. Kept yelling profanities at me. I was quite shocked especially being a female. Never been yelled at like that. I told him he had to leave. He kept yelling profanities in which my 19 yr old daughter came downstairs and he yelled "WHAT?!" At her and she said "excuse me?!" And he continued to call her all the same names in which I'm trying to get him out the door and told him do not speak to my daughter. He continued cursing me out (all of which is caught on ring doorbell recording) and I thought that was it, but my 22 year old son had gone out the back way and stood in driveway as Joe was driving away and Joe stopped his van in the middle of our road and got out and came around and yelled "what do you want?!" And my son asked "you just cursed my mom out?!" And he continued to rant profanities to my son and got in his can and drove off. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" read more

This guy doesn't remove his shoes when he enters your property. Not good. Also an annoying manner of speaking. Also doubled the price for weekend and not everyone does that. read more

I had an erriely similar experience as Megan F.  Hired Joe to clean out a basement drain that had issues backing up. Was charged $425.00 to snake the drain and to use the high pressure hose system. Joe was at the house for less than an hour, mind you. He never gave a clear answer to what the issue was, or exactly how he solved our problem.  Three weeks later, sewer system was backing up again. Per Joe's instructions, I called him back to ask what the next step was and he said that he would be glad to come back out and re-clean the line for free (which obviously wasn't the issue), but it would be another $250 to use the camera for further diagnosis. In reality he would need to clean the pipes before using the camera anyway, so no real value to me. I asked Joe what the process would be if the camera did find an issue with the pipes that needed to be fixed. Since he is not a plumber himself, this would entail hiring another contractor. I brought to his attention that his services were essentially a $700 diagnostic fee, and my plumbing would still not be fixed. Any competent plumber I would hire after that would charge me to diagnose the problem themselves vs. going off of his word. At this point the gloves came off and he proceeded to raise his voice and yell at me and my (very pregnant) wife, and told  us to call someone else, then hung up on us. If you enjoy being berated over the phone, this guy gets an 11 out of 10. If (like me), you find that unprofessional and rude, pease, do yourself a favor and hire a licensed plumber from the start who can actually fix your issues. I'm just glad that we never made it as far along in the process as Megan F. did, and he showed his true colors sooner rather than later. read more

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. We were charged $295 for less than half an hour of work to snake a line when we were having a backup into our house. The receipt stated that the work is covered by a 60 day guaranty. A little over a month later we had the exact same issue. We called the company back and told them it should be covered under a 60 day warranty. They agreed and came back out. However, after they had snaked the line again (once again less than half an hour of work) they handed my husband a bill for $275. My husband explained that we shouldn't be receiving a bill as they were performing work under a warranty. The man (Joe) then told him that he had performed additional work that was not covered by the warranty when he put a camera in the line to determine what the problem was. We informed the company that we would not be paying the second bill as 1) it was our understanding there would be no charge for the second service call, 2) if any work outside the scope or the warranty was going to be performed, they should have notified us, and 3) the actual problem was never fixed. Our communication from the company has been extremely hostile and threatening. At this point, we will likely be taking them to court. Worst experience EVER with a service provider and would give them zero stars if I could. Do not use this company. read more

I had this company come out to replace my sewer pump float in my basement. After several weeks the float was not working. I spoke to the owner Joe, and he told me that he would come out to replace it again but I would be charged for labor. Mind you, this was under warranty. It seems that Joe mistook me for someone that didnt know proper business practice and warranty work. After several texts and calls where he argued with me stating that it's not the float but it was now the pump, he agreed to come back out. His technician came back out and seemed more concerned than Joe was. The tech recognized his own error and went at fixing it and apologized for the error. Two days go by and I had the same issue, and it flooded my laminate flooring that now needs to be replace . I tried reaching out to Joe on several occasions so that we could talk about replacing my floors because of the errors that led to my floors being ruined but he has yet to respond. Now I'm at the point to where I will be taking legal action against this company. I had to pay RotoRooter $40 to fix what I have already paid Joe to do. I wouldnt ever recommend this company to anyone for several reasons. The only good thing about this company was the honest technician that came out and listened to my concerns. If I could give 0 stars to this company I would, but they will hear from me again. read more
