We even had our engagement photos taken by Michael. We paid for both the engagement photos and the wedding photos all at once. We also paid for 2 albums, one for each of our mothers. After the honeymoon, my wife and I got in touch with Michael. Unfortunately, this is when Covid was just starting up and noone knew anything about it. We were informed that due to the albums being made overseas there was a delay. We were sent a link in the meantime to view some of our photos, as we hadn't seen them yet. Since then there was a bit of back and forth between Michael and my wife. Michael hasn't responded to either my wife or I for about a year now. We have both messaged and called him. We are still messaging and leaving him voicemails to this day. We are very disappointed as we paid just over $3k for the package we got. We got married towards the end of the year of 2019 and still have yet to receive anything(engagement photos, wedding photos, albums). It's very unfortunate, my wifes father walked her down the aisle and a couple months later he passed away. Those are some very cherished memories and some of the last photos we have of him. All we really want is the photos of that wonderful day and the albums for our families.

Rob met with us beforehand more than once to understand what we were looking for and get a feel for the location. On our wedding day, Rob and his assistant felt like part of the wedding party! He made the task of wrangling frazzled family and guests for pictures fun and efficient. Most importantly, Rob made us feel at ease which made for gorgeous, relaxed photos! The little touches were the most memorable. For instance, joking with my grandparents and keeping me, the sweltering bride in 100 degree weather, shaded with photo equipment. I can't even count how many times Rob's assistant got me water, a job the wedding coordinator was tasked to do and never did. They truly went above and beyond for us. Big moments, little moments and spontaneous fun moments were all captured. I ran after an ice cream truck at one point (spontaneous, but the one thing everyone remembers from my wedding) and Rob was right there shooting. I don't know how he did it, but he got to the truck before I did and got some wonderful shots. Our photos were ready to view soon after we came home from our honeymoon. We were blown away with how gorgeous they were. Our photos tell the story of our wedding day in wonderful detail, right down to what the buffet looked like!
