Not only is she incredibly organized, she is a consummate professional and so easy to work with!  Ever helped us organize and execute a large 80th birthday celebration for our family matriarch.  Although she had to travel several hours to our venue, she arrived early, prepared and made everyone feel at ease.  Her graceful and elegant personality added an extra layer to her creative skills and ideas.  Ever had helped us design what the vision should look like and what it would take to get there.  She arrived with a vehicle full of decorations, props and equipment and quickly transformed the conference area into an intimate setting with appropriate flowers and lighting. There is plenty of room, yet it still feels cozy. The staff are excellent from the parking lot attendants to the others helping in the other areas of the venue. Lodi, the owner, doesn't seem to be fazed by anything and clearly has a reign on how to do the hosting thing well. She is ultra organized, yet is willing to adjust to whatever comes up. She helped us with things we would have never thought of. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The views are gorgeous! The vendors she works with were great as well. The landscape was very nice with lavender bushes all around. They have a gorgeous barn where the bridesmaids all got ready, and then a little shed for the groomsmen. After the ceremony they opened the barn up, and while it was a small layout, it was amazing to have a spot to escape the sun. The dance floor was perfectly lit and could not have been a better sized! There's nothing worse than too small of a dance floor so no one can fit, or to big of one to make it feel like it's empty. And the staff!!!! Professional/ friendly. While I could tell they worked there, they merged with the guests to blend in. I would absolutely recommend this venue

It was VERY important to us that our photos were beautiful and classic; something that we could hang on our wall forever and never look dated. Our big day was captured perfectly and professionally. Rob met with us beforehand more than once to understand what we were looking for and get a feel for the location. On our wedding day, Rob and his assistant felt like part of the wedding party! He made the task of wrangling frazzled family and guests for pictures fun and efficient. Most importantly, Rob made us feel at ease which made for gorgeous, relaxed photos! The little touches were the most memorable. For instance, joking with my grandparents and keeping me, the sweltering bride in 100 degree weather, shaded with photo equipment. I can't even count how many times Rob's assistant got me water, a job the wedding coordinator was tasked to do and never did. They truly went above and beyond for us. Big moments, little moments and spontaneous fun moments were all captured. I ran after an ice cream truck at one point (spontaneous, but the one thing everyone remembers from my wedding) and Rob was right there shooting. I don't know how he did it, but he got to the truck before I did and got some wonderful shots. Our photos were ready to view soon after we came home from our honeymoon. We were blown away with how gorgeous they were. Our photos tell the story of our wedding day in wonderful detail, right down to what the buffet looked like! My parent's have a great shot of the bar in their kitchen - a fun memory! Too many of my friends have asked other "photographer" friends to shoot their wedding and have been sorely disappointed. My fiance and I loved Ralph and his wife. We were unfortunately unable to have Ralph officiate our…read morewedding due to a scheduling conflict with our COVID rescheduled wedding date. However, the sit down we had prior to the wedding was great. He is happy to do what you need, and he and his wife are ready to help with any little issues that might crop up and made sure we knew he planned to get out of the photo for the big kiss - which is important! He and his wife are truly kind people as well. In the event of a cancellation such as a COVID cancellation the contract was clear - they only needed to give back the payment that wasn't part of the deposit to hold the date. That's all we expected and we told them that. They said they were going to give us the full refund because the reason was COVID and that's what they had decided to do for all the COVID cancellations. They are incredibly honest and kind - they didn't need to do that, but they did. We are incredibly bummed to not have Ralph officiate but are happy for the couples who get him.
