I'm not going to text this whole situation over the phone and then wait for a response. I'd rather talk over the phone or in person to get it over and done with. However, Albert did not resubmit my taxes or contact me to solve the problem. In short, I'm stuck with a bunch of late fees and also didn't qualify for some state incentives. I contacted Albert by email, phone and in person. He resubmitted my taxes after 2 years and they were finally accepted. He told me in person that he would send me a form to look into getting my late fees dropped, but I haven't received anything. My biggest disappointment is that he never reached out to help me.
