Their customer service is non existent: no one answers the phone. I left my number to be called back, I am still waiting 2 weeks later... Their chat service is also non existent, i texted w a bot for a short while until it transferred me again to nobody. In an act of desperation I called the Spanish store where my called was immediately answered but unfortunately they couldnt help me as my purchase was made in Portugal originally. SHAME ON YOU IKEA! Collecting my $, not sending my package and not having NO ONE to assist your customers in Portugal. IS IKEA DISCRIMINATING AGAINST PORTUGAL?? WORSE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
