This can be difficult in a world of squishing, popping, and cracking. Fortunately, there are those who are willing to go outside of their norm and work with people like me...willing to adjust or adapt to people's needs. Dr. Meltzer is like this. He's a very genuine person who sincerely wants to help people feel better. He listened to my very long story, and just asked me what I wanted him to do, asked about my tolerance level, and made sure I was comfortable with the adjustments. He is kind, caring, and exactly what anyone would need who was dealing with chronic pain or complicated spinal issues, as he has a lot of tools in his box. I highly recommend him.

(The last time I went to a chiro the guy tried to use a electric clicker down my back and then wanted me to sign up for 25 sessions of that!! NO THANKS) that was 10 years ago. I figured all Chiros were the same so I kinda wrote them off and stuck to foam rolling and some lacross ball work. I was visiting my Family in Meridian for a week but not without first throwing my back out loading luggage into the back of an Uber on our way to PHX Airport last Friday evening . I'm in my 30s and threw my back out, but according to Dr. White, it happens quite often! I thought I was in for a week of inactivity and moping around but that all changed when my little sister recommended I call a chiro that's open on Saturday. I am so grateful that Dr. White answered the phone and was sympathetic to my situation, got an appt. the next morning! I was floored by his knowledge and ability to teach it while he performed hands on treatment. He could feel where the underlying issues were and even get to the bottom of what created the angry situation my muscles and joints were undergoing. I was at a level 10 pain and within a few hours after the first Pain Treatment my level was at a 3! I mad two more appointments with him, I saw him every other day while I was in town, even my Wife who didn't think she needed it gave it a try and we found out she was just as wound up if not more than I was lol! I say he transformed my life because he gave me the experience I wish I had been given a decade ago! I now know there is tremendous value in having scheduled Visits with a Chripractor and not just any but one that shows up and gives 110% to his/her patients! I am on a mad hunt to find one of Dr. Whites caliber now that I'm back home.

I truly can't say enough good things about Gonstead Spine & Wellness and their amazing team!…read more For years, I struggled with neck pain and poor posture. I had been to countless chiropractors, physical therapists, and other specialists, but nothing seemed to make a lasting difference. It wasn't until I moved to Idaho and found Gonstead that I finally felt like I was getting the care I had been searching for. Dr. Todd and Dr Fagionno are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their patients. They go above and beyond to make sure my care is personalized and that my adjustments, traction, and physical therapy are all carefully planned out and working together. I never feel like just another patient walking through the door. Paul, the physical therapist, is also amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me strengthen my weaker areas, even throughout my pregnancies, when he worked with me to prepare my body for birth. Jessica up front is wonderful she keeps everything running smoothly! The entire staff is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. One thing I've learned throughout this journey is that real progress takes time and consistency. You have to be committed to doing your home care and exercises, not just showing up for appointments. They provide the knowledge, guidance, and tools, but you have to be willing to put in the work yourself. After years of searching for answers, I'm so thankful to have found a team that truly cares about improving your health long-term rather than just providing temporary relief. I highly recommend Gonstead Spine & Wellness, especially to anyone who feels like they've tried everything. I only wish I had found them sooner!

Because of suffering from many misunderstood diseases, infections, and Lyme disease my entire life I've seen well over fifty doctors or so... trying to get better. Before I came to total body wellness care I was so sick I was pretty much living from my bed, ready to die. I had no hope for recovery and it was pretty much my last hope to come here. Not only are they helping me get well, (miracle!!) they take every effort to go above and beyond to help me feel cared about, and continue to do everything to help me improve. The entire staff have amazing energy, kindness, and care. Another rarity! I'm not sure how they do it, but it's almost like they make you feel like you are so important, you are the only patient they have (which of course is far from the truth) I am blessed to be able to come here.
