He was easy to contact, and came quickly so that he could assess the damage. His estimate was below what I was expecting. He repointed the chimney, found the hole in my roof, AND completely refinished my wall (replastered and painted)! Then he gives you just enough to get you off his back and then still doesn't follow through. Claims he has materials he doesn't and claims he had to special order things and won't provide receipts when asked. The store says other wise that things were in fact not ordered and what materials he did drop off are incorrect and are in stock in the store. He offered a refund, we will see if we get that. We have been down to studs since beginning of September. Oh and he punctured a hole through a wall and didn't fix it. It has been a nightmare trying to get the correct materials or a refund so we can part ways with him. We will see if we get the refund he said he would give, if not we will be taking him to court for compensation. ​
