A lot of them were pacing around their enclosures like they wanted to escape. I don't blame them cause a lot of the enclosures are WAY too small for the animal it holds. It's also not good to have them be alone. Felt really bad when I thought about it. I think the only reason I would go back is to support the animals. I arrived about 12:45 PM, the first thing I noticed is that the workers were ready to greet customers as they came in. It was clean. VR machine was down, which is OK. I immediately looked around and it was CLEAN. I went up to a group of workers asked question. They were ready to answer with a smile, which is important. I went to find a manager named Bailey and he helped me book my party. Me and my son did a test run with the $25 pass and we both had a good time and can't wait to look forward to the party.
