My review is strictly on the workers. I hate to leave it only two stars because we did enjoy our…read moretime but everyone working seemed so miserable and inconvenienced being there. EXCEPT the guy running the train and two men cleaning the alligator pen. The girl in the bird encounter cage was rude, seemed very annoyed by everyone walking in to visit, and talking on her phone. Some of the cages had a lot of trash. I feel this place has a lot of potential and could use some updates. The boat ride was very nice but I don't recommend with a toddler who is on the move as it was hard to be still the whole time.

They have a semi decent selection of animals and the zoo itself isn't terribly small. Definitely got my steps in. I would say it's more for kids because of the size of the zoo but adults can enjoy it as well. One thing I really didn't like tho is that some of the animals seemed to be really depressed. A lot of them were pacing around their enclosures like they wanted to escape. I don't blame them cause a lot of the enclosures are WAY too small for the animal it holds. It's also not good to have them be alone. Felt really bad when I thought about it. I think the only reason I would go back is to support the animals. I mean, once you've been there once it really doesn't seem like a repeat place.

I went to Surge this past weekend to check it out for my son's upcoming birthday. I looked on YELP…read more for reviews and I just had to go see in person before I booked. I arrived about 12:45 PM, the first thing I noticed is that the workers were ready to greet customers as they came in. It was clean. VR machine was down, which is OK. I immediately looked around and it was CLEAN. I went up to a group of workers asked question. They were ready to answer with a smile, which is important. I went to find a manager named Bailey and he helped me book my party. Me and my son did a test run with the $25 pass and we both had a good time and can't wait to look forward to the party. I can say so far they met my expectations. CLEAN, CLEAN, FRIENDLY, and FUN!! See ya soon. If anything changes I'll be back with an updated review.

A few months ago, we tried to order from the bowling lanes. I went to the desk and ask for a server. I was told that we had to order on the kiosk. Then I got a text my food was ready and missed 20 min of my bowling time walking back and forth with food and drinks. Half of the games are always broken. It's at least $100 for us to walk in and it hasn't been worth it for a while. Food quality has gone down. It's more like glorified ballpark food instead of actual restaurant quality. Managers speak to their teen employees like garbage and act like the teens are the problem not the adults. Hopefully there is a major turn around before it closes like everything else in this town. There have also been adult activities throughout the building which management "refuses to believe".
