I waited over one hour to get in, spent $58 for my four kids, the line was out the door and they asked me to get off the jumping court because my socks were not altitude but other trampoline park. When I asked the staffer to help me get a pair they said I had to wait in line While my four kids are unsupervised, really? This place has no customer service, I will not EVER come back, they could not do me the courtesy of selling a pair of socks without standing in line? They can't care less about safety if my youngest three y at old boy!!!

Youth lessons I…read moresigned my kids up for a round of youth lessons. You meet once a week for about 8 weeks. The classes are capped so the kids get a lot of one on one attention. The first lesson they reached them safety in rock climbing and each week they build on their skills. Lessons include - instructor, shoe rental, harness and a chalk bag. After the lessons the kids get to climb and show off that they learned to their parents. Highly recommend!

While traveling in Northern OH, we stopped to spend a day at this lovely gem of a climbing gym…read more First off: staff is super friendly, helpful, generous with their time, and offer great customer service. We brought our own climbing equipment, and the check in process was easy. As is standard for first time climbing gym entries, we completed our waivers, purchased day passes, received a tour of the facilities (gorgeous), and completed certification tests for top top and lead. Staff was knowledgeable, supportive, and made it all a breeze while also making me feel like they are importantly attentive to everyone's safety. Gold stars. Environment: As far as size go, they are probably getting right for their rural location, not huge, but big enough to offer a great variety of bouldering, top routes, and lead routes. If I counted right, they have 10 autobelays - 8 of which are on Castle Wall, and two that are on a "kid wall," which doesn't have any set routes, but has a plethora of holds for the littles to confidently work on their moves. Speaking of Castle Wall... I have to say I LOVE the artwork in this place. One of the employees told me that all the gorgeous murals on the wall were done by local artists with glow in the dark paint. Word is that they offer glow in the dark climbing on last Saturday of each month. That's gotta be sweet. Climbing: they rate climbs using the terms Easy, Easy+, Mod-, Mod, Mod+, Hard-, Hard, Hard+. People will have opinions on that; some will like it, some won't. There is a conversion chart posted on one of the front walls, but it's all pretty broad in its generalizations. That said, we stuck to Easy+ through Mod routes today, and I quite enjoyed the setting. Shout out for useful foot chips and fun, creative routes. Other details: the live aquarium in the entryway next to the huge cracker mural are gorgeous. Our kids loved the free arcade game that has all kinds of old school games, including Super Mario Bros, Paperboy, Tetris, etc. The yoga studio on the second floor is gorgeous. Love the floor to ceiling windows that span the room. Must be lovely to do yoga there. The bathrooms are nice and clean! Also: plenty of cubby and lockers are available to stash your things. Looks like you can bring a lock for the lockers if you want to. They have 4-5 round tables in the entry room where people can have snacks. We were there for 6 hours, so we made use of them. Now I'm wishing that I had taken more pics, but we were too busy having fun. Check out the website! The local community is lucky to have this gem! Nice work.

This local shop is three parts:…read moreclothing/gear store, paddle rentals (you are right on the Lake afterall) and indoor rock wall. This store shares a building with the Maca Root Juice Bar, so it's an open floor concept. If you grab a smoothie next door you can browse here while you wait. The shop has some athletic wear and sporty name brands like North Face and Patagonia. They also had some hiking gear, street wear and CBD products on the tables. The store is immaculate and very inviting if you're into sports or adventures. The associate told me that in the summer you can even rent kayaks (I think) to take out nearby on the Lake. From the retail section, you can clearly see the folks climbing up the rock wall, in case you have an anxious kid that wants to get some energy out. I didn't stay here long but felt the wonderful vibes from this spot and will absolutely come back. It makes me want to go climb something (I don't climb).

The day pass was only $22 which is really affordable compared to the other gyms I have visited. My husband and I quickly watched the welcome video and passed the belay test so we can sport climb. The employees at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The upstairs of Sport Rock has shorter walls to sport climb. Those walls are really good for warming up, and for kids to climb. We started out there and then moved to the taller walls on the first floor. Downstairs had a great variety of climbs. The beta on the lower-level problems was more interesting than climbing a ladder which was greatly appreciated. I climbed a 5.10+ which was a fun mind bender. Being just under 5 feet tall, I was really impressed that all the holds were within my wingspan. We finished our day with bouldering. I loved the boulder setting. There was a fun V2 cave problem I got to try. My aunt who climbed with us enjoyed the V0 traverses to practice on. There was great variety in the setting and a lot of thought put into more beginner level routes. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this climbing gym, and look forward to purchasing another day pass when I am back in town visiting family.

I haven't climbed much, so they helped me get my gear on. Rental and day passes don't break the bank. ~$30/pp for us, we brought our own shoes. There is a nice selection for bouldering, auto-belaying, and belaying. Plenty of staff around to assist in your belaying, and they will help give you pointers in general in needed. Bathroom/locker rooms are nice and clean. Treadmill off to the side as well, in case you need a quick warm up.

Kids loved it, fun for adults too…read more I took 3 children here 6 and under during a week day. I didn't really know what to expect or how pricing worked. When I showed up we had to fill out waivers and then pay for your timed ticket and buy socks. No explantation was given on the types or passes and I didn't see any signs that really laid out the pricing. So that part was a bit confusing. It did see kind of expensive for an hour of jumping. They have an area with shoe cubbies so you can store your shoes and put on your special grip socks. After that you go up the stairs into the trampoline area. They have a room full of trampolines, dodgeball area, ninja warrior obstacles in one corner, foam jump pits, and arcade and other table top games. They also have a separate section for smaller kids with all the same stuff. I decided to jump with the kids and had a great time. The trampolines felt safe and strong. The socks really do give you a great grip so you don't have to worry about slipping or sliding. There were only 2 employees as well so the rules were pretty loose. By the website I was worried it was going to be a stricter environment but we had a really enjoyable time. On the food side they only have vending machines so you will want to plan to eat a meal before or after coming. Bring drinks too because you will need it. Also I would suggest buying tickets from their website in advance. I think you could of had a better deal overall.
