I took my 12 year old to Altitude Trampoline park for the first time. We were helped by Declan. He was very friendly! We paid for 1 hour of jumping. Overall, the establishment was clean. Although some of the boarders around the trampoline were severely damaged in need of replacement. I was also a little disappointed that there was no pizza slices available, we were told the only way to get pizza was to order a full box. Also, the icee machine was down. I purchased some of the donuts, but they were dry and seemed a little old. From what I noticed, it seemed like the staff was constantly making rounds to ensure the seating area was clean and free of debris. We would definitely go back in the future. read more

After paying over 60$ we were fine until the last 30min the girl worker with orange shirt on with white crocks tried to say its a hazard for my son to wear those socks when they were the same socks just different name. I waited over one hour to get in, spent $58 for my four kids, the line was out the door and they asked me to get off the jumping court because my socks were not altitude but other trampoline park. When I asked the staffer to help me get a pair they said I had to wait in line While my four kids are unsupervised, really? This place has no customer service, I will not EVER come back, they could not do me the courtesy of selling a pair of socks without standing in line? My kids love Altitude. They prefer it over SZ. (it's cheaper too) Friendly staff, clean atmosphere. Tramps, joust foam pit, jump track, rock wall, dodgeball, tons of fun. They offer free coffee for the parents. (A huge bonus for me) They are well staffed, better staffed than other tramp parks we have been too. Basic fair at the snack bar, nothing special yet very fair prices. They also do parties but we have not done that yet. They are not "clock watchers" like the competition who clock you to the minute! You typically get a few extra mins at Altitude as they go with wristbands over huge stickers with the time printed on them to the exact min like SZ. I feel like they care about the kids having fun over getting them out the door the min their pass expires like the competition! You are required to buy their socks $2. I took my family to this location on a Wed evening at first they wasn't very busy witch I personally love because I sometimes worry how my kids will act around other kids because they love being little bullies between themselves anyway place is pretty laid back there's a few picnic tables set up for the adults mostly to sit and leave your belongings at . They do have music playing throughout the building if you're ok with current pop music then you shouldn't have any problems. Keep in mind everyone jumping has to have there socks for 3 bucks a person. A single person 60 minute jump wrist band is close to 16 bucks but Groupon is running a good deal right now for the wrist bands that what I used for my kids ! They also have a little snack bar with a few options besides drinks cocoa cola products not sure about pricing because didn't make a stop this time at that's part! ALSO BIG Warning if you're heavy set or overweight stay away from the foam pit my extra large son got stuck in there and couldn't boost himself out of there because of his extra weight then I jumped in to help lift him out with my husband help witch after a few minutes we managed to get him out then my heavy set self got stuck and with my husband help was able to boost myself out! This has been the worst experience we've had in the history of previous Sky Zone, to the now Altitudes. With the exception of the employees, this review is not aimed at them as it isn't their fault! Shame on any adult putting these young employees in this position. Several food machines behind the counter, but nothing in them. NOT! ONE! THING! A bag chips, candy bars and water. Oh there's plenty of monster drinks in the refrigerator for the customers! What???? MONSTER DRUNKS!?!? So they are left in a position to say "sorry we don't have anything Stock in the coolers or the food machines If someone comes back to this review blaming these issues on the "tradition" the point the parents are making is, they should not have opened under these conditions! As far as the trampoline area nothing changed but the pit where they hit each other off those poles. There's a picture of what it was replaced with. Certainly nothing to write home about. Still dirty and the only positive thing about this whole experience were the sweet employees who were left confused and let down by which ever adults set them up! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Don't waste your $25! Yes, that's right, $25 to jump for an ONE HOUR on a Sunday. More for 1.5-2 hours of course. Remember this is not a place to have lunch or even snacks so feed your children and bring your own drinks, even if you have to sneak it in because they have very little to offer but a plain water, coke-cola or a energy monster drink! I still can't get over MONSTER drinks 4 rows deep, at a child's establishment! Talking to parents throughout our hour and a half they all are saying the same thing. Even the hockey game didn't have hockey pucks but we didn't learn that until after we put our dollar in. The skittles machine wouldn't take money, that was down and there's only one other game which we learned was out of order They won't be back to either and they have toddlers Are easily. They are all thirsty, crankie b/c they are hungry and bored in 15 minutes. I can only offer a 2 star as we checked in and started jumping, but after about 25 minutes my grandson started to get thirsty and unfortunately they only have one register open and a large group came in and we had to wait 20 minutes just get a bag of chips and drink, we paid for 1 hour and now our time is practically gone. Never again. Arrived for a birthday party that started at 11. The staff arrived at 11 on the dot, admitted party goers late and were totally unprepared. If you have an event starting at 11, that someone paid for, why then is the staff arriving at that time and not early to be prepared? As if the inefficiency of checking in kids isn't enough - apparently they save on costs by not heating the place. It was 32 degrees outside and no warmer inside. I have taken my kids here 3 times, 2 out of 3 times the EMT was there tending to an injury. The picture shows why, the teenage employees are more concerned with chatting than doing their jobs. I approached a "manager" and explained my concerns and she said that they were still getting the hang of it. There is no place to sit ! All tables are reserved so if your here just to bring your child you will stand the whole time . You have to stand in the entry line if you want something from the concession stand (no separate line). They need to vacuum out the totes at the end of the tables every time people leave and clean the tables / the totes have hair ( yuck) and stuff in them from other people! read more
