My boyfriend gave me the balloon ride as my birthday gift, I was very scared and almost gave up last min. But the pilot and his crew were very friendly and they explained everything carefully, so I felt much better and confident that the pilot was a very serious professional. The experience was amazing! I don't do very well in the air and I have always been scared of height, but I was able to enjoy the ride the whole time, I felt safe and the pilot was very patient with me. He answered all my questions promptly and he was a very nice to us the entire time. I would highly recommend this company, they definitely know what they are doing and they care for everyone's safety. Altitude Endeavors, This is definitely a very experienced and professional company. I have taken a balloon ride with them twice now, once myself and again with my 4 year old son. Phil Clinger, the pilot is very experienced and his crew is amazing as well. They definitely let you know what to expect in such an amazing experience. My family and i (six in all) thoroughly enjoyed our balloon ride with Phil as our pilot. He was courteous and fun and kept us safe at all times. The weather was beautiful and clear and at one point could see the downtown skyline of Battle Creek, Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. My grandchildren especially enjoyed seeing the reaction of the animals below when we passed overhead. The deer ran out of the area and domestic animals got excited in their pens. Altitude Endeavors provided an absolutely outstanding experience for us, from start to finish! Booking was easy, and the ride was incredible! Our ride was in Traverse City and provided stunning views of the lakes and surrounding area and an added perk were the photos that the crew took of us before, during and after the flight!
