If you are arriving in Canada as a visitor and have to go through customs, there's not a clear path…read moreto enter departures (which is where this spa is located). You have to exit the terminal and then re-enter departures to get to this salon. However, if you do not have a boarding pass, you cannot enter departures. I bought a gift card and a massage prior to arriving in Canada. I asked them when I scheduled a massage if it is possible to enter their area after arriving and they specified that it is. However it is not. I have lost a few hundred dollars and they are not refunding it. Really bad customer service. Just wanted to give others a heads up so they don't experience the same headache.

Behind some screens you will find two massage chairs surrounded by some extra seating, and staffed two very helpful and professional individuals. I realized that I've walked by this little outpost of tranquility many times without even realizing that it was there (usually because I was running late for a flight). After weeks of traveling, my back was in pain, and curiosity got the better of me. John greeted me warmly, asked me what was going on and how he could help, and most importantly what time my flight was. We agreed on a 40-minute chair massage finding and working out numerous knots and may have been the only thing which allowed me to survive another flight in Delta's little CRJ torture machine. While the place may not look like much, looks in this case are very deceiving. Go in and have something good go on behind your back for once. Hey - you should get to the airport early, right? Reward yourself for it. FYI - if you're not flying from the US Terminal, Airspa has outposts in the Domestic Terminal at Gate 5, and International Terminal at Gate 53. Enjoy!

I recently booked a couple of appointments to try the place out since it's close to where I work…read moreand having walked by a few times it looked nice. Looks can be deceiving... Facial: I booked the "Fountain of Youth" facial. It is the most expensive at $169 and was supposed to last 90 minutes. It was much shorter. The owner of the spa did my facial and kept leaving the room for long stretches to attend to other business. The facial itself was nothing special - and not worth the price, especially when she talked non-stop throughout trying to sell me on their line of skin care products so I couldn't even relax. Afterwards, she ambushed me in the lobby with her daughter and did an elaborate & lengthy presentation where they measured the antioxidant level in my skin (or something like that) to again try to sell me products like a couple of used car salesmen. I listened to be polite, but was really NOT impressed with how pushy they were. Pedicure: I booked the $75 "Foot Treatment" pedicure. This time it was the owner's daughter who did the treatment and again she was called away at least six times (I counted) to help her mother at reception since her mother does not speak French. The pedicure was supposed to take 60 minutes, but because of the constant interruptions it took much longer and I finally had to leave without her even finishing because I had another appointment to get to. The owner and her daughters are very nice, but I found them to be very unprofessional and extremely pushy on selling their skin care products - more so than other spas I've been to. I won't be going back.

My massage was good (guy masso) but as I was in prone position falling asleep he decides to pluck my hair in my ass crack! It was semi erotic but mainly odd as he did it so casually. Weird vibe def. when we paid the price was a little off and they spoke amongst themselves in another language. Luckily they didn't know my wife ALSO spoke that and we sorted it out. Have not gone back since. I'd leave a 4* had it not been for ass grooming and my wife's exp.
