The folks working in the office are also inept, as I had to send all photos and an estimate to insurance because the office was unable to send them for unknown reasons after 10 days of waiting. When I requested to cease contact, as I had found a far superior and professional company to do the job, I was subjected to an incredibly rude and abusive phone call. Avoid these people at all costs. Do not sign anything they send to you. They are predatory and deeply unprofessional.

Do not recommend. I have called them for months to have it finished, only time they contacted me was for final payment, and I told them I will not be paying unless they finish it. The next year they called me and wanted to finish the job. So I set it up and they came and finished it. A little over a month after they finished the job they sent me a letter threatening to put a mechanics lean on my house. I'm supposed to be patient waiting a little under a year for the roof to be finished but yet they give me a month to make payment. Terrible company to have work done on your house. The guy that came out to finish the work was nice and professional.

The company I used in the past for roofing/gutter issues had closed, so I reached out to AD Roofing based on a recommendation from my realtor. As far as I can tell this issue has been resolved. One of their technicians cleaned and re-caulked the corner section and I haven't noticed any water below it since. The only "complaint" I have is that I didn't know what exactly they had done until a few days later when I reached out to find out and I didn't know how much I was being charged until a bill arrived in the mail. I'm glad it wasn't an expensive job and they could get it done so quickly and easily. I just wish there was a little more communication so I was in the loop right away about what was being done and how much it would cost.

They also cut down my chimney; and installed a new ridge vent system. I felt they were honest, reliable; and they did a nice job. They were the only company who actually went into my attic to look at my leaking problem and determine a cause. I chose to have a full, new roof - they didn't push that on me at all. My new roof looks great. I felt they were very fair in pricing & honest. Would hire again and would definitely recommend.
