He communicates extremely well, checks in appropriately, and truly takes great pride in every single detail of his work. The work in both of our areas was just like watching one of those TV shows - super fast, super clean, and in the least intrusive way as possible. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give it to him. We found Jeff randomly a few years ago - he came and repaired our chimney that was falling apart. He was the first one to respond to my request and the job was completed extremely well and fast. I didn't know him at all before he did our chimney - and the rest is now history. Leak in the basement had to come out 2 different times to fix what they did wrong. Also had to wait until someone was available which was 4 days. ​ They also had adjusted one of the doors, still not right. I have called them 3 times and no one has called me back. Warranty is only good until they go out of business.. would not recommend them at all for a bathroom. Should have gone with a different company... very unsatisfied customer for what we paid.
