Being a sports official I/We have specialty clothing that need to be altered ie like military men & women. I have to say there is no finer seamstress I trust than Mary. She does exceptional work for me each and every time I have things to be altered. I had a brand-new pair of pants that I had hemmed at another location in Maumee that were butchered. I took them my first time to Mary years back she pulled the hem and found that the pants were butchered in a way that she took the pants overnight added material that was need and my pants were perfect. I forgot to consider how much time Sunny Cleaners would need to safely and adequately clean my items in time for a weekend party and wedding, but the young lady kindly assured me she would provide "special care" to finish my order on time. Dry cleaning was reasonably priced ($5 for men's pants and $4 for lady's wool hat) and Sunny Cleaners cheerfully accepted my 20% coupon from Valpak. You may find it helpful to write out your instructions or questions if you experience any difficulty communicating with ESL (English as a Second Language) staff. The young lady who provided customer service was obviously very intelligent and all it took was a little effort on my part and a few written words for us to better understand each other and achieve a mutually beneficial experience :)
