Out of principle I paid her $1 for the effort but since it was not fixed, I didn't feel it was right to pay in full whether it was $3 or $300 which I explained to her. She threw the $1 bill at me and started screaming at me. I left immediately and got in my car. The woman proceeded to chase me out of her store, tried to open my car door multiple times (luckily I locked it), and pounded on my window all while screaming at me. I am level headed person and I have never been treated like this by anyone. This woman was clearly disturbed and very, very unprofessional. I was worried for my safety. I rolled down my window snd handed her $2, the remainder of my payment, hoping she would back off but she refused to take it.

This tailor shop was able to hem some bell-bottom leggings for me, add shoulder pads to a cool V-neck African shirt and fix a dress that needed one of the spaghetti straps fixed. Gotta love the large "stage" Julian has for customers and his fitting rooms have a place to sit! Best of all, it's Dominican-owned and r everyone knows that Italian's and Dominican's are the BEST at the Tailoring game. Glad I found them. Highly recommend and of course, they're bilingual.

My grandmothers dress (now a bodice) came out PERFECT! it fit well and the detail she added to it was divine! she also fixed the clasp on my daughters dress in about 2mins! It was such a pleasure to meet this woman I even brought my grandmother with me when I went to pick up our dresses. They sat and spoke in Italian with each other for over an hour! Who knew a dressmaker could have such an incredible impact on us!
