The set is called Foundations I got 2 nightstand and 1 dresser and all 3 have scratches a paint problems and drawers that don't close or misaligned. This set is promoted as a high end product and it's expensive so I was expecting to get a nice quality bedroom set but I didn't.

We spent nearly $14,000 on furniture, expecting high-quality items and service. Unfortunately, the…read moremoment our order was delivered, the problems began. A Bernhardt console (over $2,000) arrived with visible scratches and a cracked back panel. The initial "solution" offered was to have someone come over and paint the damaged area to conceal it. Unsurprisingly, this didn't work--the crack remained obvious and continued to worsen. After escalating the issue, the store replaced the back panel, but not in the original color, compromising the aesthetic of the console. This console was marketed as a premium Bernhardt piece. We reached out to Bernhardt directly, and their customer service was just as disappointing--unresponsive and dismissive. In fact, in response to a BBB complaint we filed, Bernhardt falsely claimed that we "refused to talk to them," which is simply untrue. A few months later, additional chips began appearing, and we were again blamed--told we must have caused the damage ourselves. To make matters worse, our $4,000 Bernhardt sofa has now started peeling. When reported, we were again told it must have been caused by something we did--even though the sofa is always covered, and the peeling is happening in an area that isn't used. The real issue here is twofold: the poor quality of the furniture sold by Bernhardt and the refusal of the store to take responsibility for the products they carry. To be fair, Kenny was great in helping us decorate, and we appreciated his input. But the quality of the furniture and the after-sale support have been appalling. We will not be returning and strongly caution others before purchasing Bernhardt or shopping here.
