I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years now, and they still forgive my being too lazy to learn Swiss German. A couple of the employees have had to ask a colleague to assist me, but only on 2 or 3 occasions in 3 years. The pharmacists always are able to assist me in English. I take a lot of meds! They sometimes have to order my pain medication but they will have it waiting for me by the next morning. They have a good selection of vitamins and OTC meds as well.

They are still open 364 days a year, they are all smiles, service is friendly, there have been very few problems, and they have done all they could to make the transition as painless as posible [pun intended] ;-) This relationship is still quite new and as I said earlier [below], I wanted to reserve judgement. However it's appropriat to give back one of the stars that I had deleted {due to the loss of the previous pharmacists} now: there was a supply problem with one of the meds that keep me mobile and they did all they could to find an alternate supply! This might seem like a normal thing to do, but really isn't: a previous pharmacy basically 'let me go' as a customer because it was too much work to keep trying to find new sources for the chemicals needed! So thank you & good job: 4**** Yay!I'm a fan" As for star #5, it was for the longterm reliability and breadth of knowledge. The former would be premature, the latter I can't comment on yet as we really haven't run into those kinds of problems yet. ----- 2 Update: *** - I have removed 2* The pharmacy has been sold. Dr's Niggli have been seen putting in a few hours here and there which is nice, but we'll all have to get used to new personnel and I am reserving judgement for now. Formerly this pharmacy had 5* due to Dr's Niggli's depth of knowledge, their personable service and their willingnes to always go the extra mile and doing it all 364 days a year with a smile!
