They said they have to room to accommodate us as a party of several people will show up at 7pm. That's two hours time. They need to work on their speed and prioritize. When they offer one table more often in one night, they make more profit. Must be a new concept to them as most people rarely stay out longer than 90 minutes for dinner. Must be a German thing.

When you enter the restaurant, you receive a plastic card that you swipe whenever you buy something. Order your appetizers and entrees at one station, swipe your card. Order your drinks at the bar (especially off their extensive craft cocktail menu), swipe your card. Go back and order gorgeous and extravagant milkshakes for dessert, swipe your card. The menu was both in English and in German, which I'm sure facilitates the happiness of all the VW tourists. Nevertheless, even with the English titling, I was confused why the milkshakes are advertised as having homemade marmalade in them. Who puts marmalade in milkshakes? We did not order them, but the shakes look amazing on the restaurant's instagram page.
