Outstanding, therapeutic foot massage by Lisa. It's a…read morelittle intimidating to be advised/questioned about ailments. She pressed on my foot, it was a tight knot, and she asked if the left side of my head was feeling any pain or if I had any issue. I actually have ongoing tinnitus on left side. Then she pressed on a different spot and asked if my back hurts. It does. It's remarkable how foot reflexology can detect issues and I hope help to heal. It's my third visit here. I've recommended this location and Lisa to family and friends. She worked in a hospital in China with critically ill patients for years, I think she has outstanding awareness of the human body and I'm a believer in foot reflexology. It was clear she made the connection between the knot in my foot at a very specific location and a medical condition elsewhere. It's not a fancy spa, the low lighting, water fountain sound and spa music create a nice environment though, I fell asleep this time.

Truly, I'd give this place 2 stars but because the people were nice I tacked on a star. With the…read moreMULTITUDE of massage/reflexology places in LV especially on Spring Mountain road, you can definitely find a place much more newer, nicer and better than here. I would of walked out but I was at a business next door & it was 12 noon and 116 degrees outside so....yeah.....wasn't gonna go anywhere else at that moment. However, here's my take why the 3 stars: - They charged me $50 for an hour foot only massage and DID NOT hassle me or even blink an eye about leaving a tip. Honestly, I think the owners know their place is old, sun faded and hodge lodge looking but they ain't trippin' about it so they up-charge the service upfront and don't hassle about tip later. A place I went to last week (newer/nicer) charged $40 for an hour foot but strong armed pressured me to give a $20 tip. -when I asked the masseuse to give more pressure or focus on an area, they complied no problem. The man was nice and genuinely doing his best. It wasn't a bad massage but he needed direction. Why it's really 2 stars: - The towel the used on me as a blanket had stains and did not smell fresh- doubt it has been washed in a while. I pulled it off. - The bean bag eye cover they put on my eyes, oh my LAWD, it smelled like it was dipped in a cheap car freshener liquid and it immediately overwhelmed my sinuses and I couldn't breath. I had to take it off and put it far from me but the smell was stuck to my skin and my face smelled like it until I could go home and wash it off. - the whole place smelled like ginger chicken (or if you're Filipino, like tinola).

Mood- Stress Man o…read moreMan the job I work is stressful. Constantly going and going with hardly any days to rest. However I signed up for this so one must keep their word. However as you know with stress comes body aches. So I did as I usually do and went online to research. I called and made an appointment. Was obliged with the time frame. I wanted to take advantage of their 90 minute package that offered the Ion detox. I never experienced that before and figured might as well try something new. Upon entering was greeted and ushered to a room. My feet were then placed in the foot soak with the Ion machine for 30 mins. You lay back with or without a face covering as the machine works for 30 minutes removing impurities out of body through the soles of your feet. My water went from clear I can see my toes to a weird orange color. After that was done my therapist Ana got to work on me. The massage, reflexology, and light therapy all put my body aches to rest. She was careful to not cause pain to my collar bone and took time and effort around my extra sore areas. I def walked away feeling refreshed. Interior is brand new. There are several rooms for your massage needs. Everyone was wearing masks to ensure covid safety. Everything was very clean and well put together. Would most def recommend - pricing is very reasonable for what they offer and the customer you will receive. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. I will be going back again very soon. Location is Flamingo/ Decatur - ample parking

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the towels are always clean and smell good. (unlike a lot of other places) They care about your needs and welling to help anything you need to take care of. Tell them your lower back is in pain, they will put extra time in that area, your feet are really sore, they will take there time on your feet and make sure you feel better. I will keep going back, this is at the top of my list. I now know it is a lot better to call and make a appointment because when I just show up sometimes they are busy and I have to wait. Sorry I have to add this, to @Mickey W. I am guessing you don't go for massage that often, let me ask you this, when you go out for dinner do you always tip or just once in a while you tip? When you are here in Vegas and at the Bar, you get some drinks, do you tip? I know you do, and that's a Service right? This is a Service and a massage is very healing, you felt great after, right? When we pay for the hour or 30min massage you do know that a good % of that goes to the house or owner right? (something like 70/30 split) it has to pay for the room time and cleaning and ect. coast of running a business. So we are talking about a Service right, so tip, you think each masseuse gets to keep that $40? You must not get massage's that much then. I go often and when I do I know I am paying $100+ some times. At a hotel do you know they change $75+ for one hour, then on top I tip $35+ If you can not pay then do not get the Service.

Very disappointing experience here. When I asked him for more pressure, the therapist told me it…read morewas a $15 up charge for deep tissue. I agreed, but the deep issue was way too hard, and I immediately and repeatedly asked for softer. (Usually deep tissue is too much for me.) It DEFINITELY seemed like he intentionally went too soft until I agreed to an up-charge I didn't want. Zero concern for my physical pain, only his $$$ Meanwhile I had an injured shoulder I was hoping for help with, but he ignored it. By the end of the massage, MY BACK HURT MORE THAN WHEN I WALKED IN. Then at checkout, the therapist wanted to charge me the extra $15 for deep tissue even though I told him to stop deep tissue as soon as he started (which he did.) And then he became upset and complained my tip was too small and I was "required" to pay a "minimum" $20 tip. I said he ignored my injuries and MY BACK HURT WORSE AFTER THE MASSAGE so I wasn't going to tip more. Avoid!!!
