Having previously used Superior Arbor Management (SAM), we felt that they would be able to handle this job for us. Tim Costley quickly answered our call, made an appointment to meet us at our property to evaluate our plans and offer advice. He was on time and ready to help. He walked the property with us, listened to what we wanted and told us what SAM could do and how long it would probably take. Options and alternatives were also suggested and after we decided on a plan, he promised (and delivered) a proposal and estimate that evening. The proposal and estimate were what we had requested and the price was reasonable. We let Tim know that we wanted to go ahead with the project. We He called to schedule the work at a date which worked well for us. His crew arrived on time with everything they needed to do the work and went straight to work. More was accomplished than we had anticipated and they even continued to work through a short rain shower. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left two very satisfied customers. It is very easy for us to recommend SAM to anyone who needs tree removal or arborist services in our area.
