After he cut that first limb or two -- HE LEFT .. was gone for almost whole time they trimmed.. he didn't tell me he was leaving - just left. They workers were nice - but they had no equipment to lift them up and they had no ladders - so they only trimmed what they could reach. Terrible owner - would never ever call them again. He said it would take about an hour to do the trimming of some small overhanging branches. It took them less than 15 minutes to trim the branches from ground and pick up debris.
