James To, the owner of the company is personable, capable and accommodating to the home owner's schedule. At a time when I was having difficulty getting other sprinkler businesses to come to my home, or if they came, to provide an estimate of service costs, James responded immediately and provided the necessary information and cost estimates for the work necessary and requested, and was able to make recommendations as to the best way to approach the problems that may have occurred. On the most recent service call, we were unable to find a compatible meeting time for service prior to a holiday, James suggested he come on the day (the 4th of July) when we would be home. He came, performed the analysis and the work quickly and effectively, with no suggestion of overtime charges for holiday work. I am please to have found Artificial Rain and its owner James To and pleased to write this review of his service and work.
