It was very frustrating. I saw a Ready Set Mow truck in the neighborhood one day, and thought the name was cute. Julius answered my call promptly and was out the next morning to look around and give me a quote. They have been doing terrific work on the yard, show up regularly, paying the invoices is easy and online, and overall it's been a pleasure to work with them. I am looking forward to new landscaping projects now that I have the regular maintenance in hand!

The recommendation by Colt was to do a liquid aeration, topsoil, Pete Moss, over-seeding, palm tree trimming, bush trimming and one time lawn cut. Total for all work was $3783.00. Work was completed in one day, but I had to call them back to due some fine tuning. Everything look good after the first two trips. HOWEVER It is now 21 June and I have been unable to get Sparta back out to address some areas. Over the last several weeks I have sent three emails, sent a message through the Sparta Website and have made several calls to the office with no follow up. During the initial consultation I pointed out areas that were retaining water. The answer was to fill the areas with soil and pete moss. Those areas are still retaining water. As of today we have areas in the yard where the overseeding did not work and grass is not growing. The Sparta Website states, "WE CARE, SERVE, AND PROMISE! So much so that if at any time, for any reason, you are unhappy with our service, simply let us know, and we will come fix it no questions asked. I have done my best to contact them and get the problem areas resolved. I am very patient and understanding but I would not recommend Sparta. They do not stand by their promise. Antonio Marsh

I'm not one who…read morenormally feels compelled to write reviews, but I am one who seeks them out before using someone for house work or a large purchase. I can tell you that I am extremely impressed with the quality of work that I received from Alfonza. He removed 3 large pine trees in very close proximity to my home. A cordial group of 4 gentleman swiftly had all the trees down in one day. This morning they are here grinding stumps and doing probably what I am most impressed about--cleaning up! The operation from start to finish was extremely organized, professional, and timely. I had another company remove a pine tree in the rear of my house and the fallen timbers lay stacked on the side of the road for several days. NOT Alfonza's! They are here right now picking these up to haul away. I highly recommend if you need any trees removed--Alfonza is your guy.

She assured me it was (and I will add was extremely polite). Delivery was on time and the driver of the truck was also polite. Unfortunately the product was terrible. The "soil" was a gray sand. Even worse it was full of rocks, tree roots, and chunks of clay.
