They reply back, Sorry i don't do this kind of work.... you mean BLACK WORK???? Your hood is showing sir! It's mighty funny how the business owner NOW wants to contact me to take this down - NO. People need to know who and what you are. There is no agenda. It's facts. You said what you said and then I i turn wrote a review. Nothing more, nothing less. Try focusing on better customer service and not counting the number of Black clients . Ps- your hood is still showing sir

DO NOT GO TO THIS BARBER SHOP! WARNING!…read more Just recently moved to Rochester, NY as I am a small business owner expanding to the area. With that said, I'm all for small business's and supporting them! This is one business that I CANNOT. Looking for a local barbershop I came across Altered Image, I called before coming in an hour in advance, was told that they had barbers available anytime no appointment was necessary. They took my brother, paid a ridiculous $30+$10 (TIP) for his shape-up, but again, I support it They, then told me at 10:30AM they could get me in the chair by 11:30AM. Already I'm thinking, an hour wait and there are FOUR barbers sitting down texting and chatting not working at all? FINE. I waited the hour plus more. 11:50AM someone ELSE comes in and gets sat in front of me. At this point i said, I've been here for almost two hours now with an appt for 11:30 and people are still walking in and sitting in front of me? They just allow you to wait in their lobby and ignore you until you don't have a choice but to get up and to somewhere else! GO TO ANY OTHER BARBERSHOP! They will get you in right away and treat you GREAT! This barbershop will have you wait HOURS, IGNORE YOU, All while they sit on their phones to make sure their wives aren't cheating on them back at their studio apartments. Pathetic. Sad story for a small business. Side note. If this barbershop is the ONLY option that you have, do not get sat in the females chair, she will butcher your hair for practice.

If you're going to cut hair, make sure it looks like your artwork, just like a tattoo artist. But aside from that, I wouldn't trust this place to cut my hair... in four minutes. My hair would be uneven and go out of style. goes to the rest off the barbers that work there lol. I'm going to the hood instead.

Barbershops have a unique reputation that consists of your Barber being more than just a hair…read morestylist, but also someone to talk to and enjoy great conversations. White house Barber Shop does not fall short on that. This shop is full of friendly barbers with the common goal of making you look the best. Most of them are bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. I like that they really focus on what you want and not just try to finish your haircut quick to get to the next person. This Barbershop considers itself an international Barbershop, meaning that they work on many types of hair. Due to the diversity of customers taken care of at the same time as I was, I testify it to be true. In addition I do appreciate that they have their own private parking. Just one quick recommendation, even though they do accept walk-ins. It's a lot better to make an appointment ahead of time. Now, will I go there again? Yes. I definitely recommend White house barber shop to all.
