Tried again a little over a year later due to all of the on recommendations and good reviews and wanted to hire a local company, and figured I'd give the first time as a fluke or mistake. Both tries, I spoke with them on the phone the week of the agreed time and date for estimates for fairly large residential work, but being stood up twice is inexcusable.
