Unfortunately, I found this out the hard way the end of last month (April 2025). They are currently billing me $189/mo for 10'x10' unit, when their website states $129/mo or $64/mo your first 3 months. My contract rate 3 years ago was $134/mo. I spoke with regional management presuming this was in error, and they would match their published price and prorate me a credit. Astonishingly, they told me this was NOT an error and they can raise rates after 4 months, since the contract is on a monthly basis. Needless to say, I'm throughly appalled by this knowingly bad-faith and fraudulent business practice.Ironically, onsite management has asked me several times to leave an online review. Well congrats, here is my 100% factual business review that they earned! Lastly, the management I spoke with asked me to email corporate before leaving a review... obviously, they did not respond. However, what they did do these past few days was raise the outdoor unit base price which is still crossed out, with the current monthly rate remaining $129/mo (see screenshots).

I was able to take a few days to load up the Unit, then gave them a call and the next day they picked it up and moved it to my new house. I wish I would have reserved more straps because they work so well. I used some of my own straps and they did not work as well as the straps unit lets you rent. I know it was largely because we were able to stage and declutter by having our extra storage/furniture in the unit. I was so surprised at how much we were able to store in the Unit. It was such a convenient process being able to load our things in, have them stored and then the unit delivered to our new home. Everything was done in our own time frame. I am also glad the company made a couple changes that makes a huge difference in the place. The place is clean, has new flooring, and feels like a much safer place to have a legitimate spot for Storage. I am also so happy to hear that they will be replacing some staff because I have had a horrible experience with customer service from a specific staff member that will soon get replaced.
