After working with another…read morelocal company in the past, I am convinced that many of my issues were due to the other company not wanting to take the time to do it right. Joe spent time listening to my issue and worked with me to get the correct section of sewer cleaned out. It never felt like he had better places to be. He was great to talk to and very friendly and personable. I highly recommend Gary's, great service at a great price and genuinely good people.

They spent the extra time to make it not only code worthy, but make sure it wouldn't back fill with snow. They also found out the old piping was actually dangerous, as the exhaust was above the intake, making the furnace choke out and recycling the exhausted air. They made it safe for me and my family! They do the work right!

They cleaned up after themselves and left the house in pristine condition even though they disturbed the insulation in our attic. They were so informative with regard to teaching us how to use the units. They have also been responsive on a number of occasions when we had owner operator induced issues. The system is so much more efficient then the baseboard electric heat that was originally installed in our home, saving us thousand in utility costs annually. The air conditioning works amazing and keeps our entire upstairs (3 Bedrooms) super cool on even the hottest of summer days. I couldn't be more adamant in our recommendation to use 7220 Fire and Ice for all your HVAC needs in the Laramie valley. They are a company that is focused on customer service, which is rare these days and they will do the job right and stand behind their work!

We suspected the ignitor was not working. They told us we had an incorrect filter and replaced it for $130 ish. I didn;t believe it because that filter had been in there for a year and we never had an issue. After the service call, the Furnace still continued to kick on and off and couldn't keep the house at temp, so we called again in March. Surprise, it was the ignitor. They replaced it. I never received an invoice for the second visit, so I called a couple times to see what the charge was. Finally received the invoice in May. It was another $265!! I called to discuss the charges and explain that it was never fixed the first time and was talked down to repeatedly by the rude manager. He said, "what so you think you're a furnace expert?!?" Obviously, he is not an expert either. I've waited a few weeks for a call back from the owners, but nothing yet. Just paid the invoice but will never use them again or recommend them.
