Definitely the cleanest gym out there! Staff is great. The recovery downstairs is worth the pass alone

He is a former trainer for the White Sox's farm ball team and has fabulous stretching techniques. He also used to work for some fancy nyc gum and his general creds are awesome. He worked steadily with me at my pace, gently nudging me along with encouragement and good humor, and always understanding the limitations of my 55-year-old body, but not letting me use those limitations as an excuse. I have learned so much from Adam, and thanks to training with him regularly, I have become so much stronger, with greatly improved muscle tone as well as a distinct improvement in my cardio strength. I am now a better skier and a better bicyclist. I still work with him long-distance, and it has been a very rewarding relationship. I have had several trainers in the past, and none of them were even half as good as Adam. I highly recommend Adam as a trainer.

I have a shoulder injury, and previously have had rotator cuff problems solved by physical therapy. Somehow it got injured some months ago. I had rotator cuff problems with my other shoulder resulting in surgery. I was attracted to this ad because it is a non-surgical answer to my shoulder injury. I've received 4 treatments and have had relief already. Looking forward to more treatments. The office staff is very welcoming. The whole office has a welcoming vibe. I recommend this office. And if you are in need of treating physical maladies, I recommend seeing a chiropractor first as they are more open to procedures and treatments that work instead of going the pharmaceutical surgical route. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I told him it hurt my belly and that twists weren't advised for pregnancy, and then he did it on the other side. The whole appointment felt like I couldn't get a word in, even about my symptoms. I was in pain and trying to show that on my face or trying to ask about what he was doing and felt like I couldn't push back fast enough before he continued with adjustments. I left feeling powerless. Some of the adjustments definitely seemed to help, but it was rough and not much was explained to me. Just left feeling icky.
