My wife and I closed on a house just outside of Gaylord over the weekend. We attempted to replace all exterior locks Sunday, only to run into technical challenges with older locks, non-standard hole sizes in the door, etc. We were planning to head back down-state that night but REALLY wanted to get the locks changed out. We called Alpine Locksmith as a Hail Mary out of desperation, and the owner Mike was out to our home within a couple hours. He serviced multiple locks on four doors, rekeyed everything, and had the job complete in a couple hours - all for less than $100! He saved us hundreds in replacement locks and really saved the day. If all of that wasn't enough, Mike is also extremely personable, knowledgeable, and immediately instilled confidence in us that we made the right choice calling him. Deserving of a zero star. Absolutely inconsiderate, misleading and no sense of service or business. I have been strung along for over two weeks with him knowing that I have had no truck key. He has asked questions about make, model, address and all the information required to replace my key and have been told that he would be able to complete replacement. This person now refuses to respond to texts or messages. Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. He deserves to have his business removed from any kind of advertisement or google searches. read more

Michael, owner, was very polite and friendly. His prices were the best for those that service the Gaylord area. I closed on my house and he was to come out the same day and at the agreed to time of day. My rekeyed locks and keys work great!
