What a rinky dink outfit! Receptionist couldn't even take a message. Tech went to the wrong building, wrong address and fixed the wrong door even after texting him the right address. Owner said it was my fault and was going to go over there and "take out the screws" in the door they fixed. Since they put in larger screws the old screws wouldn't hold and they were basically threatening me with damage to my property. What a way to run a business!! 1 read more

We had Rick come out to our home to fix a front door that was sticking so bad it would barely open and a garage and back door that wouldn't stay shut. He worked a day and a half to make sure these doors worked as they should. He also installed new reflective glass in my French doors. The workmanship was excellent and I'm very happy with the results. read more

Charged me to install a part and actually just fixed it. And lied about it. Then when u call him to fix it how he was supposed to he charged me 225 which I did myself for 5$ read more
