I really love this little simple church!…read more Came here the other day for Ash Wednesday English Prayer services, and found street parking right away. The inside is always warm and welcoming, with a strong sense of parish community, just by looking around at the parishioners interactions with each other. The Msgr. is very spirited and gave an uplifting homily for the Lenten season. The high ceilings of wood give a cozy vibe, where you can sit and be in the Lord's presence and feel at home. It's amazing how the hum of the train is muffled, and yet you feel so far away. I enjoy coming here on my lunch hour sometimes to just sit and pray and walk around the perimeter to see the other saints. Worth a visit anytime!

They have regular church parties, they go to the Polish Day Parade on 5th Ave every October, and they even have a Saturday morning language school for immigrants' children.

Very memorable and beautiful liturgy. Construction began in1904 but wasn't completed until 1924. Architecturally modern in design with some classic elements incorporated. The apse is inspiring with the dome painted to look like the stars of heaven, quote from Book of Revelation, and image of the Holy Spirit represented by a dove in the center of the dome. The suspended wooden crucifix is positioned above the sanctuary and the entire nave is inspiring and well laid out. Particularly of note are the antique stations of the cross with their delicate, hand painted and beautiful colors. Highly recommended. Mahalo for reading my review.

But I see regulars showing up during the said mass. The church is small and with some fine architectural details. For once, I'm happy I'm seeking the prayer assistance of angels, rather than the usual saints, when I'm here.

I had a majestic mass experience as the music throughout was accompanied by organist. Friendly community and Quiet neighborhood.

Very clean and well executed I find the church to be a very comforting and consoling place especially when I'm lacking or having short comings about my faith The holy water bowls are well maintained and always clean It's rated 5 stars and highly recommended if you are a hard core or so-so catholic
