When I contacted them I spoke to Eric, and he took the time to let me describe what I thought I needed. I did not know the specifics, since I was remote. Dominick came to my brother's house, evaluated the situation, and provided an estimate to resolve the problem. We should've followed up sooner but were dealing with medical issues. Now the pipe opened up and water is gushing onto the floor!
