There's not a better company in town for AC. I've had multiple people out to multiple locations…read morefrom Tony Kelly, and every one of them are well trained. Trey watches over the younger guys and is probably the best AC tech I've seen. Gonna miss him when he gets too important to be working on units anymore, but the great part is he shares his expertise with the other guys. The younger guys in the AC business should realize what a mentor like that can mean for their careers.... Just recently, my compressor went out. They came out, put in a loaner unit, and it's been running great while I wait for a new system. I could be just sitting here in 95 degree heat. The price on the new system is very reasonable as well. I couldn't ask for better service or treatment. All around just a great, competent company that has looked out for me and my family and my business for years now. When you get tired of bouncing around and having to find a new company after the other companies screw up, try these guys. You won't be disappointed.

My A/C unit needed a little TLC. I used Yelp to narrow down choices and went with Todd King. I…read morecalled and spoke to Todd & he sent Harrison out the next day. Harrison arrived early and went through what he would do for service. He checked in via phone & text about the progress. I asked a lot of questions. Harrison answered all of them. He really took time to educate me about the way an A/C functions and how certain services would affect its performance. I appreciated the education so that I could make a sound decision about next steps for service. I highly recommend Todd King Heating & Cooling.

Over the last several years I've gotten to know the family that owns this company, have had my…read moredownstairs unit replaced, and have utilized their service contracts. They have set a high bar for themselves in the areas of quality service and integrity, and they have never let me down. This is true for the most recent, yesterday, maintenance visit. It even started with the call for making the appointment. The young lady in the office (and, being old and senile, I don't remember her name) who makes the appointment calls and answers the phone is a real asset. The tone she sets with her cheerful and pleasant attitude sets the tone for the call, and creates exactly the first impression that any business wants their customers to experience. Then, when Keegan shows up to do the service call, he is pleasant, explains everything that he's doing, and then proceeds to do it well. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. (I understand they also install and service pool heaters)

After working with them a year ago to try & get things normal, I had an accident & have just now been able to reach out. The system just doesn't work correctly. We moved in this house as new & the system worked fine. Understandably about 13 years later we had to install another one that Benson installed & it worked fine. Our system Barineau just installed has been nothing but problems. If you're too warm you need to go to the other side of house, too cool go to another room. They added another vent (wanted us to pay part but we didn't) in our bedroom because the heat & cool wasn't working correctly. Now it is either too cool or too hot. I don't understand why their new system can't work as good as the other two systems that were put in our house ??? I feel like the whole system needs to be taken out & re-installed. I've never had or heard of a new system not being a constant air flow throughout the whole house.
