It's a fun, happy environment and everyone goes out of their way to get you better! And that's the problem. I like coming here. I keep asking my wife to drop things on me so I can schedule another appointment. The breath of fresh air is the honesty from Dr. Rick and the staff. If they notice I'm doing something wrong they call me out on it and then give me directions to do better. They don't want to just help you in the office, they want you to help yourself when you are gone. Here is the kicker (no pun intended) I don't have a sports injury. I had surgery and they still are taking care of me. At this point, I'm seriously wondering if there is anything they can't do. This place is amazing. If you have ANY need for physical therapy, general chiropractory or just a fun time with wonderful people, go here. You won't be disappointed.

Upon entering the office, the office was clean, orderly and the front desk was easy to find. Dr. Sandhu's bed side manner was amazing! She actively listened to my problem, symptoms and even when I cried because of my situation, she comforted me. She was genuine, kind and more helpful than any of the other MDs I had recently see. While educating me on the possible cause of my issues, she used language I could understand and was open to questions. She then gave me a couple of treatment options with, pros and cons. Additionally, at the follow up appointment, should the first option not work, there were already follow up plans in place. In short, she is an amazing MD that genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. I was lucky to have found her.

I had an acute case of one of my vertebrae getting dislocated which caused me to have horrible back ache, pain 10/10, and i could not sleep. Dr. Jazmine listened carefully to my story, my symptoms and made sure to make me feel comfortable all the way through. She explained to me of what my x-rays showed and how she was going to help me fix it. She educated me on how to do home exercises/stretches. Her staff is amazing! I have never been to any clinic of any sort give me a tour of their office. At first I thought it was unnecessary but it actually help me be familiar with the office right away since it can look overwhelming when you walk in. Another plus was that I do not have insurance so out of pocket cost is always burdensome for me. However their oop cost is under 100. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This doctor and staff have treated me very well. I was very lost after a head injury and had…read moremultiple problems that were incorrectly diagnosed or just not treated by other places. Head injury patients get shuffled around the system in a very poor fashion because when your brain doesn't work you cannot figure out what to do or where to go or how to get help and find things. I have been through many things after my injury and do not believe I would be alive today without the help of this doctor and her staff. One thing that I think I have noticed is that she expects you to try and improve and take care of your health better and if you are trying more it seems she will focus more energy into helping you improve all aspects of your health. She helped me find other specialists who can help with more specifics of my condition such as a cognitive rehab therapist and sleep study etc as well as providing her own treatment. She also previously fixed a stomach issue that had eluded one of the major hospitals and a doctor rated as best in Dallas by Observer Magazine. Excellent doctor the only catch is that I think she puts more effort into the patients that put more effort into themselves so expect to be serious about your health.

I do NOT recommend this practice for two basic reasons. Dr Malik is very knowledgeable. My problem…read morewas it became impossible to consult with the doctor directly at all! The other staff did not consult. I'd make an appointment. I'd confirm the appointment on the phone with the office. I'd specifically ask if the Doctor herself would be at my drug injection. I'd call the office 20 minutes prior to my actual appointment to verify that the doctor "is in". For two weeks running, I made these careful arrangements to see my Doctor in person. And for those two appointments, Dr Malik was not in the office. I'd arrive and suddenly, mysteriously, in an emergency, she just wasn't there. She was not available to discuss my diet or medication. She wouldn't call me or text me. She was impossible to reach. So my ability to connect or contact or see or consult with my weight loss doctor was totally and completely unavailable to me. But after TWO NO SHOWS from my Doctor, I got tired of the BS. I came to the opinion that Rybelsus pills and this drug has a different name as an injection, Ozempic, was the only method of treatment Dr Malik seems offer. The second major problem I had was the medication itself. Taking this new miracle diet drug was by far, the most horrible medication I've ever taken. It seemed like the treatment for over eating is extreme nausea towards food. Wake up, think about breakfast, get overcome with strong waves of nausea. Anytime you consider food or ingest any food, your stomach would roil. It seemed exactly like I was injecting POISON as a diet control. No thanks. My suggestion is to look for a more helpful and approachable doctor. I do not recommend any physician who absolutely refuses to have ongoing consultations with the patient.

Dr. Alan Trites - Beware…read more Where do I even begin? Dr. Trites was recommended by a former patient--but he could not help her. I went in cautiously optimistic, hoping he could help me. I had an initial visit, followed by a session with some of his neurological testing. Most I passed fine, some I did not. Blood work was ordered. I asked my primary care physician to review the tests; they had no concerns but suggested I clarify the purpose with Dr. Trites. That's when the unraveling began. I sent a polite email to Rachael, and the response I got was littered with spelling and grammatical errors. Soon after, I was discharged. I requested a refund, but the office manager (his wife) refused to respond. I left a detailed Google review warning others--but it seems to have vanished. Afterward, the office left a public review claiming I made them feel unsafe and bragged about how many doctors I've seen. None of that is true. I have a complicated medical case, and asking questions should not result in being dismissed, ignored, or accused of lying. If you are considering functional medicine, there are far better options. My experience with Dr. Trites was frustrating, dismissive, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this practice. Note: The listed Google address may be incorrect.
