Absolute life savers! I was taking my cousin downtown to catch a bus whenever her rear driver tire shredded itself. Since she had just purchased the vehicle used, she had only a jack. This means no lug wrench, or wrench to retrieve the spare from under the truck. This was a hot Sunday evening, around 4:30. Well I called around & got several high-ball offers, until I called these guys. The gentleman who I spoke to, and who came to assist me was named Ariel, a rather adept worker. He had my tire changed within an hour, even though my cousins vehicle required a special key to remove the lugs, and had a flat spare with no removal tool; the man had it in the bag! I just can't tell you how pleased I was! Not only did they respond on a busy Sunday evening, but I also didn't have to pay an arm & leg to have it done. I called Alpha roadside assistance out after I suffered a flat tire I'm my Tahoe. I did not have a jack and went to google for a roadside tire service. Alpha was the first listed so I called them first to seek help. The call taker took my information and location then gave me a rate and expected time of arrival. The repairman looked at my tire then told me that he could attempt a plug and see if that works saving me to have to temporarily ride on a spare tire. The guy was professional, the service was incredible. U guys save my day!!!! I was driving on 45 cell with my sister visiting from overseas we had a blowout and I realized I do not have a spare tire in a new car!!!!! ( Who makes cars without a spare?!?!?!) I really didn't want to wait for a tow truck to tow me to tire shop that will take care of it the next day. popped a tire on the way home on a late sunday and was able to get a new pair of tires in a timely manner
