I'm having to take my vehicle to a different shop to get the vehicle inspected and repaired properly. They let a random shop weld together my "new" exhaust system with parts of unknown origin and the welds look like a 10 year old was allowed to do it. I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the repairs and the lack of morals they displayed by trying to pull a fast one on me using crappy parts hoping I wouldn't notice to save the insurance company money instead of repairing my vehicle with parts on par to the quality of the parts in my vehicle before the accident.

Best Houston Towing really is the best in Houston!!! Despite the circumstances, I had a WONDERFUL…read moreexperience!! Last Friday morning I came back from running a morning errand and noticed that my daughters car (parked in our gated community and under a carport) had its tires and rims stolen and the car was on cinderblocks!!! Awful! After calling 911, notifying our community manager, taking pictures, calling out of work, contacting insurance (this incident was NOT covered), and getting my mind right, I started calling local towing companies. This proved to be quite the chore. Many tow companies don't tow cars with no rims and tires. I mean, I get it but, what's a person to do?! I then found one that was going to charge me A LOT ... including a deposit and $5 per mile to the cars destination. Yikes! I called Best Houston Towing, they answered quickly, the gentleman was super nice, quick with info, gave me a great quote for the tow, and let me know just what time the driver would be at our place with rims and tires to put on the car and to get to the tire/rim shop! It literally ALL happened just like that and was SUPER seamless!!!! The driver was on time, wore a mask for his and our safety, was as nice and friendly as could be, and worked efficiently and effectively to get the car safely loaded onto the truck and then got it safely to the tire/rim store! I am beyond thankful for the great customer service and support from Best Houston Towing, and really helped to turn a bad situation into a positive one!! Definitely utilize them for your towing needs and I know I will as I need to in the future! They are AMAZING!!!
