Beyond that- I even got a follow up email to find out how the team liked the finished product. After a week, I called and left a message asking when I would get my quote. A week later, they still hadn't returned my call. So, I found another local printer who gave me a quote on the spot and got my calendars done in a couple of days. There's no point in going to Rapid Press if they are so disinterested in new business that they can't even be bothered to give you a quote.
