From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive. They greeted me warmly, offered tea or water, and made sure I felt comfortable right away. The space itself is peaceful, calming, and very clean, which added to the overall sense of relaxation. The specialist took the time to thoroughly explain the different treatment options in a clear and professional manner. After I mentioned hair thinning and a few bald spots, she thoughtfully recommended starting with a one-hour scalp treatment. She then used a scanner to show my scalp and hair condition on a monitor, carefully walking me through what I was seeing. The consultation felt knowledgeable and honest, revealing a buildup of dead skin and weak hair growth. I was then guided to a private room, changed into a comfortable shirt, and lay down on a bed with my head resting over the spa sink. As soon as the shoulder massage began, I felt completely at ease. Her technique was both gentle and confident, and when the scalp massage started, I fell asleep almost immediately. I woke up feeling refreshed, and a follow-up scan showed my scalp and hair were completely clean. This was an amazing experience--by far the best I've ever had at any place like that. Your attention to detail, cleanliness, and delivery exceeded my expectations and FYI I am super picky when it comes to anything having to do with beauty. I consider myself an extremely picky consumer but with logic and ethics. However, on cleanliness and service production/delivery, I have extreme high standards. There was so much attention to detail with a genuine kind demeanor from the team that I can't wait to go back for my touch up. I have never seen cleanliness at this level. I am the type where when I go get my nails done at the nail salon, I take my own clippers, nail file, and cuticle clippers and ask for plastic lining in my pedicure bowl. At Summerlin, everything was sterilized and not hidden in some back room. Everything was visible and Benaiah (the woman who conducted my services) explained the entire process she follows from start to finish. She even told me things that I really didn't even think to ask. She covered all grounds, made sure I was comfortable, and then got my OK to get started. This was really important to me because at a lot of places people just want your business and just want to swipe your card and get started. The counselor wanted a big deposit from my friend and ongoing monthly payments. I told my friend to wait and I would find another answer for her beginning hair loss.
