Mr. Lorenza gave me detailed explanation on how to handle my case in court, because my tenant had enlisted help of legal-aid and is counter suing me. The defendant's lawyer is claiming that: I had failed to follow legal rules, failure to give proper notice, failure to repair and, also, because I had accepted portion of her rent from HUD; In order for me to proceed with eviction I have to return all the rent payments that I had received from HUD up to this point credit them $$$ back to HUD. After this morning's consultation with Mr. Lorenza, he has put me at ease, my heart is no longer skipping beats! I will definitely retain Mr. Lorenza as my go-to lawyer! Very Respectfully, Dr. Charles Yu, OD. FAAO Charles Yu, Maj, USAF (Ret)

DO NOT TRUST THEM…read more This is an absolutely terrible company. They confirmed and scheduled to come out for eviction set out. They were supposed to arrive by 11:45 am. They did not come at that time. When we contacted them by phone they said that the crew was on their way. But no one came. At one point they said the crew was on our property which was again not true. They then said they were going to come by 12:10 pm but they did not come at all. The Sheriff gave up and left at 12:30 pm. Then we called them more than 50 times during the day and they did not answer the Phone. I think W.D.S Eviction Service is trying to wholesale rental properties. They are looking for what they can take advantage of... Don't be one of them like me. I WOULD NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. NOTE: This review is practically verbatim from a review a previous victim posted. Just a different date and time. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I hired David Sarif for my Divorce and child custody case earlier this year. It was by far the BEST…read moredecision I've made. David was super responsive, answered his phone and my questions when I needed answers... Even after hours. Unlike most attorneys I have dealt with it really seemed he put my best interest first. Their prices are fair and reasonable and I didn't not feel like I was nickeled and dined.. I usually feel like I've been taken advantage of by attorneys but I can say in this case I felt comfortable. David's knowledge about family law is the best I've seen. I would highly recommended him or his partner Danny. They are both respected by the other Atlanta attorneys. During court he was aggressive when needed and fought hard for me. Everything went well and ended fine ALL because of David. Thank you!

Megan Pettis was the associate "representing me" if you can call it that. Megan not only could…read morenever even try to relate to me on a personal level, but was flat out cold toward me through this very difficult process. Multiple times, she said one thing and then switched her stance as soon as the opposing counsel brought it up. She ARGUED against me, her client, in mediation alongside the mediator. We were in this custody battle because my ex-husband showed up to coach my sons baseball team drunk, got kicked off the coaching staff, got a DUI while trying to pick our son up at my house and tested off the charts for illegal narcotics. Somehow, he walked out of mediation with more parenting time and decision making over baseball. Megan Pettis did not advocate for me in the slightest during one part of this process including mediation. I felt completely bullied by her and the mediator and forced to agree to things I did not believe were best for my son (through tears and distress).

Though I…read morepride myself at being a reasonably intelligent and independent woman, I felt a sense of despair and panic given the nature & amount of my loss. Through a referral, I was connected with Sally Cook. Sally quickly made time to meet with me to understand the series of events that had led me to her office & to begin to strategize potential next steps. I had consultations with multiple attorneys in a short period of time and Sally's quick ramp up, pleasant disposition and communication style made her the obvious attorney for the job. I felt a tremendous sense of relief when I paid my retainer and officially began the engagement. Throughout the process Sally has been engaged with all relevant parties involved & extremely determined to resolve the matter expeditiously. I truly don't know what I would have done without her guidance during what I would consider one of the most traumatic times in my life. She was able to work through all of the challenges that were presented and help me obtain a satisfactory settlement. I would highly recommend Sally for any real estate/title related legal issues!

However, I can offer specifics about this place: - It's not an official government entity. Rather, it's a non-profit that helps mediate legal matters, peacefully. (You won't see any gun duels here.) If it doesn't get settled, then the issue will move onto a hearing. - The building resides in a neighborhood with plenty of street parking. - It's not very busy, so plan on arriving somewhere between 15-30 minutes before your mediation. - The lobby offers complimentary, but cheap, coffee. - The mediator, whose name I forgot, was very nice and unbias. Overall, it's an A-OK place to have a mediation. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to settle a legal matter there.

Distraught and totally lost a dear friend said Stephen and his people could help. I immediately reached out, got a fast response and began the paperwork. I had a ton of questions about what to do and how to do it. For most all my questions, I was told I'd have to call someone or it was left unanswered. The probate part ended up being the only part actually started by the group and that I didn't have to seek other legal help with. More expense on top of paying for a car and huge house that are in the estate was most unwelcome. The "6 weeks or less" has long since passed for the only thing I need from this particular group. All the "assurances from the attorney or anyone else I've dealt with there have passed. I can't get anyone to respond to me anymore, nor can the person who recommended him. The 100% cessation of communication and lack of help with anything but starting (but not finishing) Letters of Administration has forced us to seek help from other attorneys and the bar association. Recommendations from friends can be great, especially in a very difficult time, but definitely should of read reviews and done some research first. Lesson learned, and still don't have the document I've paid a lot for.

My complaint is that I was called about me receiving compensation from this accident in October 2022. I was told a check was received in office and it has to go into escrow for approximately 10-15 days. That is fine 10-15 days go by and I place a call and I am told we have to get some people to agree to reduced payments. I wait another 2 weeks and I call back to see the progress and when to expect a check to be mailed to me. I am told the person stepped out and would return my call and has not returned it since. Now if I was told that this is the way the do business from the beginning I wouldn't be wondering about a check. I would just wait, but if you tell me one thing then I am expecting to receive something not to be told there is another issue to be handle then you will receive a check. All I can say is that the lawyer maybe good for all I know, but the backend of his business is shady. I will not be using them again god forbid if I get into a mvc.
