From the initial consultation scheduled by Jeni Parsons, to the comprehensive evaluation and surgery performed by Dr. Ramiro Esparragoza, Dr. Fornaris, and technician Eliany Hernandez, the entire process resulted in a very successful outcome and a perfect, confident smile. The entire Gables Sedation team demonstrated extraordinary professionalism, technical expertise, and genuine patient-centered care. The physicians exhibited exceptional knowledge, precision, and artistry throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step, ensuring I fully understood the procedure, available options, and expected outcomes. Their attention to detail and commitment to achieving both optimal dental health and aesthetic excellence was evident in every interaction. The final results are remarkable--natural, beautifully crafted, and truly transformative in both appearance and confidence. Equally impressive was the seamless coordination and support provided by the entire team. From scheduling and preparation to post-procedure care and follow-up, every aspect of the experience was handled with efficiency, warmth, and attentiveness. The team consistently prioritized comfort, answered questions with patience and clarity, and created a welcoming and reassuring environment. The collaboration among the physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team reflects a culture of excellence and dedication to superior patient outcomes. Their combined expertise, innovative technology, advanced techniques, and commitment to perfection set an exceptional standard in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. I am sincerely grateful for the remarkable skill, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by the entire Gables Sedation team. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking world-class dental care and outstanding aesthetic results.

They were nice and attentive, until they quoted me $2,100 for a deep dental clean (with insurance included). When I told them that was a ridiculous price considering it's just a dental cleaning, they were rude and dismissive to me. Medicine has taken a turn in which capitalism has taken a precedence over patient care, and this clinic is a prime example. I would not recommend this clinic.

In one word: UNETHICAL. But I will try my best to just provide the facts and let you make your own…read moreconclusion: I had to be rescheduled FOUR (4) times. This is not an exaggeration: Literally, four times. One of those times, I actually went in to the office and was there for almost an hour before they told me they needed to reschedule me because Glenda, the office manager was out sick. A total of 2 hours+ in drive time and waiting. And even though the dentist and the hygienist were there, they couldn't see me because the "office manager" was out. The tiny and cramped waiting room had 14 people in it. You have to either go outside to the sweltering heat and maybe miss your name being called or stand by the door and be banged every time they open it to call in another patient. Four of us had to stand. See picture. Almost an hour later, I made my way inside. I waited at the chair for some time before the "office manager" Glenda came in to see me. Silly me! I thought it would be the dentist. But no. The office manager is in charge of up-selling your dental cleaning. So, before the dentist even sees you, she tries to get you to agree to something that will cost you out-of-pocket money. In my case, it was X-Rays. Three weeks prior to my visit, I had sent the office manager my X-rays from a previous dentist from 7 months before. According to HMO plans, X-Rays are only covered once a year and I'd like to avoid the out of pocket costs of X-Rays, not to mention the unnecessary radiation! During this three-week period, Glenda replied to let me know she got the X-Rays, but never bothered telling me that they would not work. But while I'm sitting in the chair (so close to a cleaning), Glenda tells me the X-rays are TIFF files and not the JPG files that she needs. I tell her, No problem! Within three minutes, my friend has converted the TIFF's to JPGs for her. But she THEN tells me, the problem is not the file, but that they are too old. I tell her, they are less than a year old-- taken 6 months ago. So she places a phone call to the old dentist and finds they are 6 months and two weeks old. So she makes up this arbitrary number and says they cannot be more than 6 months old (It should actually be ONE YEAR!). I tell her I want to avoid the radiation and she doesn't care. She tells me (again totally made up) that it's THE LAW that a dental office take their own X-Rays. "The law"? I asked her to please cite the statute that requires such a thing. Being that she barely spoke English, she did not understand what a statute is. Just insisting that a dental office must take their own X-Rays. I asked why. She said because I might need a deep cleaning. Oh! Now I see!!! Glenda was trying to make me pay for X-Rays out-of-pocket so that she could then recommend an out-of-pocket deep cleaning! Brilliant. Glenda is a SALESPERSON. Very unethical at a doctor's office. I never got to see the dentist. I just stood up and left. Glenda was rude and dishonest. She had no class and barely spoke English. I went to my old family dentist this morning. I had to pay for the cleaning out of pocket, but he is awesome and gave me a true evaluation (using the X-Rays I provided). I did NOT need a deep cleaning and I was in an out in one hour. No waiting. NO upsetting. What a concept.
