This company is probably one of the worst I have had to deal with. They do not communicate very…read morewell with family members, pay little attention to the hospice patient and provide the minimum supplies for their patient which in my case is my mom. They also gave my mom a mattress that was not appropriate for her and the new Hospice company gave her a better one that was more comfortable and less likely to cause bed sores. The administrator Bobby, which is his nickname and Eva the nurse accused me of interfering with my mother's care and medication. I asked Eva to come and fill my mom's meds and she would come when she had time and not when the patient needed her care. They don't want the families to come around and be proactive in their loved ones' care because we would be able to observe them doing nothing. I am so glad to be rid of them and found a better company to take care of mom. I don't need an administrator yelling and accusing me of all kinds of things. I am glad I was watching over her and being proactive in her care because this company was not!!

No condolence's or empathy! Isn't that your company's main goal? To give absolute care and kindness? Well that sure wasn't the case. I'll write a review on Yelp and let everyone know that ABC is the worse company to use. That it is supposed to be kind, trustworthy and professional.
