Recently had an incident where they charged me more than usual & made a receipt to someone else,…read morethey put my payment towards someone else's account & canceled my insurance for the past month without notifying me. I'm not sure of what's going on but what is clear is that they are taking my money even though they cancelled my insurance & aren't planning on refunding me since they put someone else's name on my receipt. Also the person who has been charging me more than usual for the past 4 months has been fired & they still can't seem to figure out if it has been their mistake or mine. I'm sure if this is going on with me they are also doing it to others so I will no longer be paying my insurance here..
