So far, I'm not impressed. I filled out all the forms to get a service appointment. I got a text…read moresaying I had a 4 AM appointment on Labor Day. I sent a message saying I was busy & asking them to call me. Heard nothing. Called one location. The guy that answered said to hold a minute. I could hear him ranting about a customer. Went on & on. Finally gave up and called another location. Was told I'd have to drive down and have them look at it--it's different on every model. The job is to repair a door handle on a Tesla model s. It's the same on every model s with one small difference, but the parts and procedure are the same. Besides, I can tell him which variant I have. He has to see it. There are 100 YouTubes on how to do this and these are supposedly Tesla specialists. Tesla Service Center gave me a quote without seeing it. It's a long way to Boca when there's absolutely no reason for it. Guess I'll do it myself.

They did an oil change for cheap! They also fixed my heat button stuck on ON in my car for free. I'm definitely down on my luck lately & They are just very good people. They don't take advantage of you like a lot of these other car repair places, No gibberish if you know what I mean. They seem very honest which is hard to find.

It's not easy to find a shop you can trust, but Brake World is definitely one I'll be returning to.

Oil change to take care of leaking filter from another shop, no more oil on the driveway. So I am very happy. I would only comment that I was quoted a pretty high price to replace air filter and cabin filter, both of which are 5 minute jobs, and I was able to get the filters on Amazon next day and installed. But if you aren't comfortable doing that, it may be worth paying someone if you can't get help. May vary depending on vehicle, but my were easy to do. I also appreciated the inspection report, which was thorough and unlike a competitor who told me that my brakes were metal on metal and needed immediate attention, Brake World informed me they have lots of wear left. So when I get to that point, I know where I am going to get them done. After almost 5 years in the area, I feel like I finally have a permanent shop to take my car to.
