Ed was very professional on the phone and I was in luck. They had a 10x20x10 unit for $195 a month and a small deposit, which on the Harbour was a good price for the vicinity. So, December 15th, 2022 I packed everything up and moved my business into storage. It held everythin, plus. It has automatic lights, sheetrock, insulation, and outlets 4' up the three walls. There were cameras all over the front buildings so aed could see everyone's comings and goings. Ed did tell me there were a couple mechanics that had shops there. There were guys with their hobbies. And there were just those that needed storage. It is dog friendly as long as your dog is friendly. Bowser and Nitro are the sweetest pitties you'll every meet. And if they bring you their tire, they want you to play tug. In March 2024, we found it we were moving out of state. Ed had built 2 new buildings in the back. We enquired on the size and cost. I was ecstatic. We used the 14x22x12 unit to fill with boxes going cross country, and the little one for donations. Now I'm not saying we were always on time. Sometimes we were really late, but Ed was always professional and courteous whenever we spoke. We are now no longer renting from Ed, but I still check in on him and he still wishes us well. I know the West side of the yard has cars, equipment, building supplies, etc. This is indoor and outdoor rental. Ed is also planning on building more units and maybe some carport for the outdoor rental. So, if you don't mind some cars, etc parked out of the way, construction happening from time to time, or playing with the two most adorable pitties, then give Ed a call at Aberdeen Ultimate Garage Plus.
